AbstractIn the present investigation there expresses itself the problem detected in the students of third grade of the Educational Institution Distrital Lestonnac, as for the social difficulties, which shows an increase of intolerance and aggressiveness as apathy was doing the study, attitudes that obstruct its formative processes, affecting this way its academic results and its integral formation, before this there is formulated a question that throws a few certain targets, which confronted with theories regarding the pedagogic actions, component axiológicos and human development that enriched the knowledge and facilitated the solution search. All this implies visionar a goal that helps to find solution to the problem for which raises the following general target: To design a pedagogic strategy that makes the integral formation possible in the coexistence of the students of third grade of the Educational Institution Distrital Lestonnac Para to reach this intention the following specific targets decide: To determine the causes that affect the conduct of the students of third grade spoiling the development of the integral formation. To evaluate if the familiar elation, the social environment where they are unrolled and the teaching practice that offers the institution reverberate greatly in the negative attitude that the students of third grade present opposite to the formative and social processes. To link in an affective way the different members of the educational community in actions tending to favor the feedback during all the learning processes and formation like person Ejecutar actions of educational type that confront and allow the formation in values, attitudes, communication and social practices. In the second chapter logical method corresponds to the design. In him there is included the qualitative paradigm, the type of ethnographic study and the used method that is the hermeneutic one. Also there are included the skills and the instruments of compilation of the information like the interview restructured with observation and the field newspaper that they allowed a suitable information compilation being of big importance for the development of this investigation. In the chapter three we find the analysis and interpretation of the results. In this analysis are detected which there are the factors that influence the coexistence of the students, its relation with the parents of family and its teachers. Throwing results that show that it is necessary to implement a strategy based on values that improves its interpersonal relations and hence its integral formation.
