Abstract

El presente trabajo de tesis, recoge las distintas formas, de cómo la comunidad, la sociedad, el país, está organizado y como los individuos que la integran pueden participar activamente en las decisiones que los afecten. Esta Monografía se ha desarrollado en un lenguaje común, con el fin que pueda servir de instrumento útil a todas aquellas personas que quieran consultar su contenido a fin que les sirva de guía en el desarrollo de sus actividades comunitarias y de organización Social. Con la constitución de 1991 y la implementación del nuevo sistema democrático, se dotó de grandes herramientas a la sociedad para que sea un actor eficaz en la organización ciudadana y participe con todas sus fuerzas en todos los espacios públicos posibles, el pueblo no debe desaprovechar esta serie de mecanismos que, aunque, hasta ahora, es cuestionable su práctica, se encuentran ahí para que cualquiera pueda hacer uso de ellos. Si de verdad queremos que se presente en nuestro país una verdadera democracia es necesario crear las condiciones adecuadas: afianzar la participación comunitaria, promover la autogestión, y redefinir la economía orientándola hacia la convivencia social y al derecho a vivir dignamente
