METODOLOGÍAS UTILIZADAS PARA LA INTEGRACIÓN DE LAS ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES EN PAÍSES CON MAYOR CRECIMIENTO

Abstract

Se realizó una investigación para estudiar la metodología de incentivación de los países avanzados en materia de energías renovables, con el fin de identificar que incentivos llevaron a su desarrollo en Fuentes No Convencionales de Energía Renovables “FNCER” y que elementos permitieron que estos incentivos surgieran efecto sobre aquellos interesados en hacer inversiones, investigaciones, programas y campañas relacionados con las FNCER. Se desarrollará un estudio de las distintas leyes, que contienen las estrategias y metodologías utilizadas en cada país y bajo qué condiciones se ha visto el cambio que han logrado después de haber implementado todos estos hitos importantes en el crecimiento de la generación con FNCER; adicionalmente se describirán las estrategias y la evolución de estas para conocer la funcionalidad que estas imponen sobre los proyectos de FNCER que a su vez aumentan su participación en la matriz de generación energética, evaluando este impacto con la descripción de graficas de crecimiento energético que contrasten cuanto ha sido la evolución de la generación con FNCER habiendo implementado los incentivos. Se ha hecho seguimiento de la historia de la generación en los países de España, Alemania, Estados Unidos, Suecia y Brasil y como han propuesto sus metas y han firmado acuerdos para lograr un cambio ambiental y disminuir la emisión de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI). Acuerdos que en su mayoría contemplan la importancia de la generación con FNCER y destacan la participación de estos como respuesta a la transición de un sistema menos dependiente de los combustibles fósiles y la generación nuclear y que por lo tanto promueven el uso de estrategias, incentivos y artículos regulatorios que permiten la penetración de las FNCER en una sociedad dispuesta a lograr un cambio.

A research was carried out to study the incentive methodology of advanced countries in the field of renewable energies, in order to identify what incentives led to their development in Non-Conventional Renewable Sources of Energy "FNCER" and what elements allowed these incentives to take effect about those interested in making investments, research, programs and campaigns related to the FNCER. A study will be developed of the different laws, which contain the strategies and methodologies used in each country and under what conditions the change that they have achieved after implementing all these important milestones in the growth of the generation with FNCER; additionally, the strategies and the evolution of these will be described to know the functionality they impose on the FNCER projects, which in turn increase their participation in the energy generation matrix, evaluating this impact with the description of energy growth graphs that contrast how much it has been the evolution of the generation with FNCER having implemented the incentives. The history of generation has been studied in the countries of Spain, Germany, the United States, Sweden and Brazil and as they have proposed their goals and signed agreements to achieve environmental change and reduce the emission of greenhouse gases (GHG). Agreements that mostly contemplate the importance of generation with FNCER and highlight the participation of these as a response to the transition of a system less dependent on fossil fuels and nuclear generation and that therefore promote the use of strategies, incentives and regulatory articles that allow the penetration of the FNCER in a society willing to achieve a change.
