AbstractThe administrative process is a set of phases or steps for solving an administrative problem, find problems in planning, organization, direction and control, for solving this we must have good planning, a previous study and have well clear objectives to be able to process at least locked possible. The importance of the administrative process is that it is still used today by most companies in the world, due to the universality of its terms and functions which have their own importance. Plus it helps and allows the company to move towards the future and prevent scenarios that may develop in the future and determine the amount of resources that the company needed to develop plans and dealing with the situations you may encounter. This work had as its theme designing administrative business processes NUTERMIA SAS, in order to optimize the efficiency of the administrative and operational work. In order to develop a series of interlocking steps that gave meaning to the company, objective that was born due to the absence of an organized and controlled structure. In order to start the realization of an internal investigation the company supported by a field diagnosis for which the tool used was an interview applied to general manager and department managers of the company was conducted. The method used to prepare the work was descriptive - projective. The results after the research was the development of a proposal to submit to the company under study, which contains a series of steps over which some actions that the company can become the face of a competitive organization, were synthesized a clear, planned, organized, measurable and possible to control. Structure After the development of the project is possible to conclude that the administrative process is not an issue that is constantly being updated and applied in different ways depending on the size of the organization, the type and the internal rules that a company has. An organization does not use a similar process to other administrative entities but adapts it to his own convenience so that it generates positive results and matches the structure of the organization and within the capabilities of it. The most important thing a business and generate income is to build solid foundations to avoid any collapse or effect that produces an internal or external is chaos in the workplace, with proper administrative process this will make the company is held alone and able to grow as planned.
