Desarrollo de un modelo de negocios con aplicación de ingeniería industrial para la creación de la empresa avc químicos SAS

Abstract

El proyecto titulado DESARROLLO DE UN MODELO DE NEGOCIOS CON APLICACIÓN DE INGENIERIA INDUSTRIAL: PARA CREACION DE EMPRESA AVC QUMICOS SAS realizado por ADRIAN ALFONSO VALLEJO CARRILLO, identificado con C.C. No. 1047341210, para optar título de INGENIERO INDUSTRIAL, con director HAROL PEREZ OLIVERA, por medio de la facultad de INGENIERÍA INDUSTRIAL de la UNIVERDIDAD DE LA COSTA en la ciudad de BARRANQUILLA del año 2013, el objetivo primal esta enfocado en la demostración de la factibilidad de una empresa, que se dedique a la fabricación y comercialización de químicos de limpieza, en gama industrial en la ciudad de barranquilla a través de un estudio detallado de un plan de negocios con aplicación de ingeniería industrial. Este trabajo, conserva la esencia de una investigación cualitativa se recoge toda la información del mercado con respecto al sector de los químicos de aseo, esta se filtra y se ordena, cada paso de este proyecto lleva consigo la aplicación de conceptos de ingeniería, buscando la integración de todos estos, para el desarrollo del modelo productivo. En el proyecto se analiza cada uno de los factores necesarios en el estudio del negocio: estudio de mercado, estudio técnico, estudio financiero, estudio organizacional y el estudio de impacto, dando como conclusiones: el mercado a atacar, la reantabilidad de este mismos, los productos necesarios a crear, fechas de retorno y utilidades en el plan, entre otras
