The purpose of this research is to analyze the acceleration program of learning as a strategy for comprehensive academic training in students of extra-age, which contributes to processes of educational inclusion. For this case, the Survey was used as a projective technique typical of Quantitative research, principal in the collection of information applied to the Subjects of study, the quantitative methodology was implemented to present in a descriptive and narrative form the facts and situations related to the situation of extra-age of students belonging to the program. The Quantitative method allowed to detail the characteristics of the different variables or fields of analysis, obtaining as a result, from the perspective of the teachers of the learning acceleration program, that the program does not comply with the appropriate aspects to help in the training process integral education of children in out-of-school. On the other hand, the students manifest certain nonconformities and difficulties regarding coexistence in the classroom. In conclusion, the results of this research indicate that the program of acceleration of learning as a strategy of integral academic formation in students of extra-age, contributes to processes of educational inclusion. The findings made it possible to foresee the need to strengthen work in the psychosocial field, in which work with parents is included.

This research determines the sense of correspondence that can be established between the accreditation process and the visibility, impact and social relevance of institutions of higher education in the Colombian Caribbean, from the perspective of the Actors involved in the educational process. The theoretical support of the research is based on the concepts of quality, accreditation and impact evaluation. It assumes the multidimensional view of quality, and the concept proposed by the National Accreditation Council (CNA); A relational fabric is constructed around the said categories in correspondence with the institutional visibility. From an epistemological - methodological point of view, a complementary approach, of a qualitative and quantitative nature, articulating a qualitative component to processes of quantification of the data obtained from the empirical - field design, it is possible to integrate within a single design techniques, procedures and instruments , Which based on principles of coherence and internal consistency generate spaces of methodological convergence. The study hopes to contribute to a meaningful analysis of the relationship between accreditation processes, based on the continuous improvement of quality and the parameters of visibility, impact and social relevance of institutions of higher education in the Colombian Caribbean, through The definition of the main standards required to reach educational institutions when they participate in institutional planning and evaluation processes, in the search for accreditation within the framework of the educational policy defined by the Colombian state, through the CNA.

There is an interdisciplinary basis conceived for the management of the health system in the latin american context, in accordance with the provisions of who/paho and that is linked with related disciplines, such as management and education. This article proposes a prospective strategy of social development in the atlantic coast of colombia to consolidate its functioning from the preventive and welfare perspectives in the colombian’s general system of social security and health (sgsss, by its acronym in spanish). Objective: to define the challenges of the sgsss from a prospective point of view for the collective social development. Method: an exploratory study, based on the conceptual, theoretical analysis to derive the relations´ system of the following categories: management of the health system, and collective social development. Strategic prospective is used by the empirical-analytical component to visualize future scenarios of probable occurrence that address the development of the health system from the interaction between its representative actors. Results: the weaknesses identified were related to the comprehensive management of the colombian sgsss, specifically on the atlantic coast, where the limited use of prospective techniques weakens the management strategy and minimizes the possibility of assuming challenges and anticipating uncertainties in one of the systems that through the effectiveness of health services and quality of life warrants responding to collective social development. Conclusions: there is a need to view challenges and scenarios for modeling the management of the sgsss on the atlantic coast of colombia to strengthen the equity, inclusion and quality of life, and to increase the standards of health management in vulnerable groups and communities.

The purpose of this research was to know the perceptions of teachers about citizenship competencies and their added value, for the improvement of school coexistence. A quantitative approach was used, under the Inductive paradigm, with a non-experimental, transectional, descriptive research design. The technique used in the present study consisted of a survey, in which a questionnaire was selected as an instrument that was applied to 30 teachers from the targeted educational institution. The results obtained finally showed that the teachers consider the interaction between them and the families, students and even the community to be positive; They highlight the obvious manifestations of discrimination, along with situations of conflict, bullying and cyberbullying, which are on the increase and directly affect school coexistence; Likewise, they consider permissiveness in the education given at home, added to the negative influence of the environment and the little training in values, as factors that generate school conflicts that directly influence the high levels of school failure and the consumption of psychoactive substances among some students. The different types of aggressions are more frequent among the members of the student community which are detected by the teachers, who intervene to prevent and solve them, however, despite the training received in school coexistence and civic competencies, it is considered that these they are not enough, since conflicts continue to arise in high proportions and due to the inadequate handling of them, the origin of the problem is not being combated.

This research work was carried out to opt for the title of Master in Education, it becomes a critical look that invites reflection on the importance of communication in the different areas of today's society and its main objective is the design of a management proposal that bases effective communication processes between teachers and parents in educational organizations, the ultimate goal is to represent through research a contribution to the strengthening of interpersonal relationships between teachers and parents, favor mediation , dialogue, communicational processes and the organizational climate using technological mediation. In the same way, bibliographic sources (thematic, theoretical and methodological) are integrated. From a logicalrational approach contextualized in a mixed paradigm, an investigative design made up of three components is configured: theoretical-conceptual, field empirical and purposeful. The units of analysis are represented by teachers, parents and directors the techniques used are documentary review and analysis, interviews, and surveys, finally the results obtained allow to show from the Multiple Correspondence Analysis and word cloud that there is no policy clear communication from the directive management, and very low participation by the families in the training spaces and the lack of accompaniment by the managers to the teachers is evident. The conclusions include the importance of recognizing dialogue as a fundamental tool in communication within the organization, the need to restructure the induction program for the development of the necessary skills in the position and the benefit that the Learning Management System platforms represent. to strengthen effective communication, continuous quality improvement and monitoring of the training process.

Promotion and protection of children human rights has become in a fundamental mainstay inside the educative context, in order to guarantee the integral development of students, which is responsibility of schools; regarding the construction of learning spaces directed towards the recognition of the other as a full subject of rights since the conceptual appropriation and the children’s practice of their rights to mitigate school vulnerability, hence the purpose of analyzing from a functional theoretical dimension the innovation proposal for learning and social transformation of Fe y Alegría Colombia as a foundation for the right understanding of the relation between children’s rights and school vulnerability. This study encompasses a rationalistdeductive approach and in correspondence with the epistemological approach, the qualitative and quantitative components are integrated, covering a theoretical-documentary field design. The analysis units are represented by the Institución Educativa Distrital José Raimundo Sojo – Fe y Alegría’s elementary school teachers and teaching directors as well. For data collection, techniques such as structured questionnaires with a Likert scale, interview script and documentary review were used and the results obtained allow us to conclude that the innovation proposal for Fe y Alegría Colombia’s learning and social transformation promotes and protects the rights of children by mitigating school vulnerability.

Improving educational quality is not an easy task for any country; since the progress and development of nations is based on it; But the most worrying thing for the purposes of this research is that children's communication skills represent an entry base for scientific knowledge, and for educational processes. From this scenario, the purpose of this research is to analyze the development of communication skills in transitional children from the didactic mediation of the story. The approach to the research problem is determined by the contributions of the deductive rationalist epistemological approach, in correspondence with a mixed paradigm that is operationalized from a qualitative-quantitative design organized into a theoretical-documentary component and an empirical-field component. For these purposes, the research identifies two populations: One made up of preschool teachers who constitute the first unit of analysis, to which a 16-item questionnaire is applied on the development of communicative competence in transitional children; and another population that are children, who constitute the second unit of analysis, from the annotations made of their behaviors, and registered in the Valuation Register instrument, where the didactic mediation of the teacher and the development of their communication skills are evidenced. Among the main results is the scarce permanent teacher training; improvisation in curriculum planning; little motivation and interest in improving educational practices; and the absence of a relevant pedagogical strategy for the development of communication skills.

Likewise, the integral formative processes in students oriented to the development of cognitive and soft skills are considered to strengthen their interpersonal relationships. From this point of reference, the general objective of the research is the design of a proposal for psychoeducational strategies focused on didactic play as a basis for the development of socio-emotional skills that contribute to the prevention of risk behaviors in adolescents of basic secondary education, from the didactic mediation of the Fútbol Con Corazón methodology. Epistemologically, the research is based on the rationalist approach, mixed paradigm, deductive method, type of research with a purposeful scope and documentary and field design. The sample was randomly selected with the participation of 2 directors, 3 teachers, 38 students and 20 parents. Regarding the instruments, the content analysis matrix was designed for the theoretical component and interview script and questionnaires for the empirical component. The results obtained show that the prevalent risk behaviors are early initiation of sexual relations, pregnancy in minors, consumption of SPA and verbal violence. It is concluded that the implementation of projects focused on the development of socio-emotional skills such as self-knowledge, emotional regulation and social awareness is relevant, through didactic play directed to a technological component that allows flexibility in the access of educational actors.

The academic performance of students is one of the important variables for Colombian parents, because although there are multiple factors that influence this result, there are also several strategies that the Colombian educational system implements to strengthen it. This research analyzes the academic performance of students of the Wayuu ethnic group in the area of technology and information technology in the face of the prevalence of covid-19. A rationalist - deductive approach is used, under a qualitative - quantitative (mixed) paradigm, the design used is documentary and field in nature, through techniques such as content analysis, questionnaire and interview, to reach levels of description, explanation, analysis and contrast. The units of analysis are represented both in documents such as the PEI, SIEE, area plan and guide30, as well as in teachers and key informants represented by students in the last grade of secondary education. Among the main results is that the teachers build and execute the area plan taking into account the context of the Wayuu students, in the same way, their evaluation process considering the temporality and the socio-contextual scope from the contributions of the institutional SIEE. Among the conclusions, the importance of consolidating a sustainability structure of the institution (processes, units and resources) stands out as a basis for the conception of evaluation methodologies according to the profiles of the Wayuu student and the main competences to be developed in the Wayuu ethnic group in the technology and informatics area.

The current educational policies instituted by the Colombian government have proposed strategies in relation to training by competencies, and the results in external evaluations as indicators that allow assessing the academic performance of students. Nevertheless, there are internal and external factors that affect the learning, didactic, academic performance and educational purposes in general. Interesting facts, which motivated this study, whose objective was to configure a pedagogical proposal from the teacher's perception that contributes to the strengthening of mathematical didactics based on the improvement of academic performance in external tests. For this, the study was based on the rationalist-deductive approach, through a multi-method or mixed methodological conception that guides a documentary and field design, where descriptive, explanatory and propositional levels are passed. The units of analysis selected for the field design were nine (9) elementary school teachers, and for the documentary analysis, the results of the knowledge tests of the fifth grade mathematics area of the years 2015-20162017 of the IED Salvador Suárez Suárez, of the district of Barranquilla, Department of Atlántico Colombia. According on the findings, common difficulties that students present in mathematical thoughts and skills are revealed, likewise, the meaning of evaluation is analyzed, which must transcend the exam and standardized paper and pencil tests, to a learning process and assessment of competences from the strengthening of the didactic mediation of mathematics as a prior process that contributes to academic performance in external tests and in general in various socio-educational contexts.

In contrast to the priority given to early pregnancy as a social problem and the development of a diversified normative and doctrinal body, there have been few results and derived impacts: It is a growing situation in Colombia. In the field of educational policy, it is considered pertinent to strengthen a training process in Sex Education as a way to face this situation. Consequently, the present research work aims to analyze the pregnancy of adolescents enrolled in school, understanding this circumstance as a public health problem. A mixed research strategy was applied in which documents related to the policy of Sexual Education were analyzed, and the perception and opinion of key actors in the situation was collected (semi-structured interviews to students mothers, questionnaires with Likert-type responses to Parents/Representants, Teachers, Educational Directors, Health Personnel). A complex situation is located in which adolescent mothers –although they remain in the school system- go on to a life marked by motherhood. Likewise, discrepant positions are observed between Teachers, Educational Directors and Health Personnel, with respect to the legal and doctrinal documents of what Sexual Education should be. It is concluded that - in addition to the inclusion of a public health approach - it is necessary in the training processes to develop organizational and managerial reforms as a basis for the integration of sexuality education into the curriculum as a transversal program.

The needs and interests of the students are taken as reference points, as well as the goals to be reached in articulation with the Institutional plan (PEI Plan de Educación Institucional), to reevaluate and strengthen the strategies proposed in the curricular plan and in the improvement plans formulated. This investigation was born as a result of a concern existing in the Educational Institution Junín, on Providencia Isla, with the 4th grade students, after observing that the educational level does not present significant improvements in the area of language, thus affecting the performance in the different subjects as is noticeable in the report card and the results of the national learning tests-SABER. We infer the need to create new teaching-learning strategies and use pedagogical tools that help improve the reading processes and that students can overcome the difficulties presented. There is an urgent need for backup alternatives to the teachers' efforts so that cognitive processes of meaningful learning can be developed from the classroom. The aim is to define teaching strategies that guide the strengthening of reading and writing in favor of improving educational quality in the Institution.

In order to carry out this purpose, a methodology with a rationalisticdeductive approach was used and a mixed paradigm was used based on the complementarity between a qualitative and quantitative component. The populations are made up of: students, teachers, members of the curricular committee of the aforementioned graduate program, as well as technology personnel at the university. The results show the relevance of policies aimed at mediating ICT in academic processes, the use of technological platforms such as Teams and Moodle to guarantee face-to-face education with remote access; guidelines aimed at strengthening access to specialized production in databases, institutional repository, library, among others. It is concluded that Face-to-Face Education with Remote Access from the normative references in the Universidad de la Costa Corporation, CUC involves a training process through a complex series of interactions in synchronous digital connection environments. Instantaneous communication platforms stand out in which at least three essential components intervene: the student, teachers and the learning contents, whose relational dynamics are considered from the institutional policies.

The study is approached from a rationalistic-deductive approach and in correspondence with the epistemological approach, the quantitative and qualitative components are integrated from an integrated (mixed) vision. The units of analysis selected for the field design are: directors, teachers of the basic areas and students of the ninth grade. For the documentary analysis, the Institutional Educational Project (PEI), Institutional System for the Evaluation of students (SIEE) and ISFOPP43 of the Educational Quality of the La Salle Institute of Barranquilla are interpreted. From the perspective of field design, participatory research processes are viewed in the units of analysis belonging to the organizational context of teachers, managers and students, thus achieving in the results, fulfill the objective of the research project from the design of a proposal of curricular management based on evaluation and interdisciplinarity in basic areas that contributes to the strengthening of educational quality.

The research arises from the need to identify the dimensions that influence the poor academic performance of students with respect to the development of competency-based evaluations that require the development of students' thinking skills. This research work reveals the results of a qualitative-based analytical descriptive study carried out in an official educational institution in the city of Barranquilla (Colombia), which had as actors eight teachers from the secondary school; with the objective of basing the formative evaluation for the development of thinking skills, characterizing the teacher's management in the classroom, by defining the factors that inhibit the implementation of formative evaluation as a strategy for the development of thinking skills and analyzing the relevance of the design of the evaluations to achieve it. According to the experiential introspective work approach and with a qualitative paradigm, for the collection of information, we worked with the techniques of documentary review, semi-structured interview and discussion group; while, for its analysis, the technique of categorization / systematization / triangulation of meanings was used. In the results obtained, most of the teacher’s state that they apply the formative evaluation frequently, however, many of them develop the activities by competences once a period, due to the lack of time and the inexistence of institutional policies for the development of skills. The educational system is oriented to the students’ integral training with some implications in their personal, cultural, and social development; in order to achieve this purpose a life project is required, it will allow them to be more confident in a decision making in an assertive and timely way, based their autonomy and independence capability. Therefore, the school organization and the sociocultural context where it is located are ideal environments that allow each member of the educational community, including students, to take into account strategies and actions to achieve goals and objectives. This is an important reason why the different management areas: directive, academic and community must act in an integrated, decisive and transformative way. Pointed to this goal, the research presented aims to design a proposal for curricular management focused on the integration of the educational community that contributes to the definition of the student life project inside a vulnerable population. The management of the educational community involves the managerial and sociological dimension, guiding external and internal functions optimization that govern the institution where each of the members of the educational community participates, which allows the creation of strategies, transversal and interdisciplinary programs, whose purpose is contributing to the life project strengthening. The research is based on a rational logical approach, through a mixed multi-method design that is operationalized in a theoretical-documentary and field component. Analysis units are integrated by Basic Education ninth-graders students, teachers, and director’s teachers. The main findings highlight that a surveyed population percent sometimes have knowledge about what a life project is and its importance. Therefore, it is essential that the school strengths and implements strategies that allow contributing to the student life project construction. It is concluded in the importance of familiar and social context work and entities in charge of youths' care and education in order to strengthen learning environments where significant spaces are fostered personal development and identity aspects, self-esteem, motivation, vocational guidance among others, expressing themselves naturally and spontaneously, with the adult observation, follow-up, and assessment instead of their imperative demands.

In the process of the institutions’ educational management is evident the lack of information systems. Thus, the objective of this research is mainly aimed to design a proposal of the information management which based on the integration of new information and communication technologies (ICT) will contribute to strengthen the competencies that teachers and principals already have. Regarding the methodological level of the research, it was developed based on the rationalistic-deductive approach, the qualitative-quantitative paradigm and the deductive method. Furthermore, the project applied a field and documental in which we used different techniques such as documentary analysis, surveys and interviews in which we appeal to instruments like documentary analysis matrix, questionnaires and a script interview in order to facilitate the information gathering in the identified analysis units. In the obtained results it is evident the lack of an information system in the educational institution, the development of isolated processes to what is contemplated in the institutional educational project, the occasional usage of the new information and communication technologies, as well as the shortage of appropriate training and technological actualization for teachers and principals. One of the main conclusions is that the inclusion of the ICT in the educational management processes contributes to the educational quality, the optimizations of the processes and the strengthening of competencies technologies of human talent.

El éxito escolar de los educandos está determinado por una serie de factores intrínsecos y extrínsecos, donde la participación mancomunada entre la familia y el centro educativo prospecta mejores resultados académicos, en este sentido, el objetivo general de la presente investigación es diseñar estrategias sinérgicas para la gestión de la relación de integración familia - escuela que contribuyan a la prevención del fracaso y deserción escolar. La metodología se ubica en un enfoque epistemológico Racionalista, bajo un paradigma racionalista crítico y el método deductivo. La ruta de investigación se diseñó en cuatro fases: en la fase I, se realizó una revisión documental, entrevista abierta y encuesta; en la fase II, un análisis de la información recabada para explicar la relación de las bases teóricas y los antecedentes con los procesos evidenciados en el abordaje empírico; en la fase III, una triangulación concomitante para definir las convergencias, divergencias y complementariedad entre los datos; en la fase IV, se diseñó una propuesta enmarcada en un plan operativo para contribuir a la prevención del fracaso y la deserción escolar. Las unidades de análisis fueron docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia en dos instituciones educativas. En los resultados, la mayoría de las personas participantes en la investigación consideraron efectiva la contribución de las estrategias fundamentadas, en la integración familia- escuela, para la prevención del fracaso y la deserción escolar. Se concluyó que el éxito escolar se puede garantizar a partir de estrategias que posibiliten la cooperación entre actores, construyendo mejores procesos educativos.

Over the years, evaluating has become a process that has made it possible to demonstrate the progress of the individual, becoming a critical axis for the educational sector, since with it the pedagogical and didactic movements for personal and professional development are valued. Therefore, this research aims to determine the impact of teacher evaluation on the academic results of the students of the National Institute of Professional Technical Training INFOTEP, seeking to benefit not only the teachers of this academic campus, but also the current institutional management work. In the same way, this investigative process is oriented within the quantitative empiricist approach under the positivist paradigm because when analyzing the relationship between teacher evaluation and the student's learning process, it was necessary to find the link between these two processes from a perspective. objective to obtain among the findings, that it is important to promote the idea of constantly relating the results of the teacher evaluation with the academic results of the students, because this process facilitates the description of situations that cannot be measured directly, allowing at the same time the calculation of constructs that are related to the effectiveness of teaching or educational quality, which can be difficult. In addition, it was observed that a series of indicators such as academic training, work experience, or academic results and subsequent efficiency, make it possible to configure a clearer picture in relation to the incidence of teacher evaluation in the academic performance of students.
