La presente investigación tiene como objetivo configurar una secuencia didáctica fundamentada en ambientes de aprendizaje mediados por la gamificación para el fortalecimiento de las competencias socioemocionales en los estudiantes de primer grado de la IED Fundación Pies Descalzos y la Escuela Normal Superior Del distrito de Barranquilla. El diseño tomado en cuenta es cualitativo etnográfico ya que este permite desde la observación del contexto, identificar la problemática para así realizar el registro, análisis, interpretación y descripción del estudio realizado. El paradigma de investigación fue el vivencial (cualitativo); de tipo descriptiva y de enfoque cualitativo. Los instrumentos y técnicas utilizadas fueron la observación directa participante y la entrevista semiestructurada. Los resultados obtenidos fueron el favorecimiento al crear espacios o ambientes de aprendizaje gamificados para desarrollar las competencias y habilidades socioemocionales que permitió concluir que cuando se desarrollan estas habilidades el estudiante evidencia mejoría en su desempeño académico y convivencial y mejora la relación con los compañeros y con su familia, lo cual permitió la configuración de una secuencia didáctica fundamentada en ambientes de aprendizaje mediados por la gamificación para el fortalecimiento de las competencias socio – emocionales en los estudiantes de primer grado de la IED Fundación Pies Descalzos y la Escuela Normal Superior Del distrito de Barranquilla.

Nowadays the platform par excellence for the development of all telecommunication activities is the Internet; and its infrastructure is facing new challenges every day due to the growth in demand for more content, such as streaming video, storage, and cloud processing. Also, to maintain optimal levels of service quality, network applications demand more telecommunication resources. Similarly, the network infrastructures that support these applications have evolved, and demand greater and more efficient management of the trunk links, which play a primary role in sustaining services. Therefore, this paper presents the performance evaluation of trunk, wired and wireless links in a heterogeneous computer network infrastructure, using available bandwidth estimation tools such as IGI, Pathload, and Traceband. Thus, for the experimental evaluation of the trunk links, two real network scenarios were implemented, where crosstraffic was generated in a synthetic way using the Mgen tool. Consequently, this study allowed verifying in other aspects; that the metrics of the estimation tools can be used to evaluate and know the performance of wired and wireless trunk links, which can be reliable up to 96% for network administrative tasks.

The estimation of the available bandwidth (av_bw) between two end nodes through the Internet, is an area that has motivated researchers around the world in the last twenty years, to have faster and more accurate tools; Due to the utility it has in various network applications; Such as routing management, intrusion detection systems and the performance of transport protocols. Different tools use different estimation techniques but generally only analyze the three most used metrics as av_bw, relative error and estimation time. This work expands the information regarding the evaluation literature of the current Available Bandwidth Estimation Tools (ABET's), where they analyze the estimation techniques, metrics, different generation tools of cross-traffic and evaluation testbed; Concentrating on the techniques and estimation methodologies used, as well as the challenges faced by open-source tools in high-performance networks of 10 Gbps or higher.

the levels of radiation during the course of the day is of vital importance for all outdoor activities. Therefore, in this work we developed an ultraviolet radiation monitoring system, which allows knowing in real time the index of ultraviolet radiation in the municipality of Neiva. The system recorded the measurements made in a database and deployed through a web application; it allows knowing all present and past records captured by the system. In addition, through a mobile application this information can be accessed in real time and create alarms that alert users when the UV radiation index exceeds a predefined value by the user. Finally, in order to corroborate the reliability of the system, a validation of the system was carried out, comparing the data obtained by the designed system with the data from the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (in Spanish IDEAM) automatic weather station, generating high expectations in the operation of the designed system under normal environmental conditions.

Currently, hospitals in the Department of Huila in Colombia need hospital information systems that allow them to guarantee the integrity and readability of patient information; in addition, they need to do health information available at the point of care where it is located, regardless of the institution providing care where it is served. As a result, Huila's hospitals do not yet have these information systems; therefore, health care staff use outdated, complex and unstructured methods to store data on all types of results and examinations performed, so that they can later be examined and analyzed by a physician in charge and then make the appropriate decisions. Therefore, this project implements an information system to optimize the management process of Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) tests in Huila's hospitals in order to improve the organization of results; and thus make access more timely and efficient. The designed information system is based on the HL7-FHIR standard (Health Level 7 - Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). As a result, we designed and implemented a system that uses technologies such as Java, MySQL, Java, CSS3, HTML5, among others. Finally, we concluded that the proposed information system can minimize execution times, and facilitate the management of the comprehensive metabolic panel tests by the team of medical assistants when a patient's results have been elaborated.

The constant growth of the Internet, driven by the demand for timely access to data center networks; has meant that the technological platforms necessary to achieve this purpose are outside the current budgets. In this order to make and validate relevant, timely and relevant contributions; it is necessary that a wider community, access to evaluation, experimentation and demonstration environments with specifications that can be compared with existing networking solutions. This article introduces the NetFPGA, which is a platform to develop network hardware for reconfigurable and rapid prototyping. It’s introduces the application areas in high-performance networks, advantages for traffic analysis, packet flow, hardware acceleration, power consumption and parallel processing in real time. Likewise, it presents the advantages of the platform for research, education, innovation, and future trends of this platform. Finally, we present a performance evaluation of the tool called OSNT (Open-Source Network Tester) and shows that OSNT has 95% accuracy of timestamp with resolution of 10ns for the generation of TCP traffic, and 90% efficiency capturing packets at 10Gbps of full line-rate.

Nowadays, computer programs affecting computers both locally and network-wide have led to the design and development of different preventive and corrective strategies to remedy computer security problems. This dynamic has been important for the understanding of the structure of attacks and how best to counteract them, making sure that their impact is less than expected by the attacker. For this research, a simulation was carried out using the DATASET-KDD NSL at 100%, generating an experimental environment, where processes of pre-processing, training, classification, and evaluation of model quality metrics were carried out. Likewise, a comparative analysis of the results obtained after implementing different feature selection techniques (INFO.GAIN, GAIN RATIO, and ONE R), and classification techniques based on neural networks that use an unsupervised learning algorithm based on self-organizing maps (SOM and GHSOM), with the purpose of classifying bi-class network traffic automatically. From the above, a 97.09% hit rate was obtained with 21 features by implementing the GHSOM classifier with 10-fold cross-validation with the ONE R feature selection technique, which would improve the efficiency and performance of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).

Globally, kidney disease affects about 10% of the population, and in Colombia about four million potential kidney patients. At the present, the information available for prevention and follow-up of patient treatment is insufficient. Consequently, if there is not an adequate prevention, it increases that the renal problems progress to advanced states, which implies higher health costs of the treatments. Therefore, this paper presents the design and implementation of an information system to optimize the process of performing and managing the results of renal profile tests to patients in the hospitals of the Huila department, is based on the HL7-FHIR standard (Health Level 7 - Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). As a result, a system was designed and implemented using technologies such as Java, MySQL, Java, CSS3, HTML5, among others. Finally, we concluded that the proposed information system can minimize execution times and facilitate the management of the metabolic panel examination by the team of medical assistants when a patient's results have been performed.

El presente trabajo de investigación Ruta digital para el fortalecimiento de la comunicación entre docentes y estudiantes nace de la exigencia de los cambios que enfrenta el sistema educativo actualmente. Teniendo presente que la comunicación desempeña una labor fundamental, no se debe descuidar, aunque el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje se haya trasladado a la virtualidad de manera sincrónica o asincrónica. Es por esto, que el estudio propone una ruta digital para el fortalecimiento de la comunicación entre docentes y estudiantes en instituciones educativas. La metodología empleada está enmarcada dentro del paradigma mixto, de tipo descriptiva, explicativa y propositiva. Las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron la encuesta, la entrevista y el análisis documental que permitieron evidenciar las dificultades que presenta la interacción entre educadores y educandos en entornos mediados por las TIC. Entre las conclusiones se puede señalar que se evidenció que el estado de la comunicación entre docentes y estudiantes presenta nodos críticos en cuanto a la claridad de la normativa y la difusión de las políticas de comunicación institucional, que son indispensables para mantener una interacción que lleve a un buen clima dentro de los ambientes educativos y por ende en los espacios virtuales. También, que el acompañamiento tanto para docentes como educandos pocas veces responde a las necesidades para el fortalecimiento y oportunidades de mejora en los diálogos que se establecen entre ellos en especial cuando se está frente a la mediación TIC.

Este articulo presenta el diseño y prototipado de un sistema inteligente, que sirve para la gestión automática de un generador eléctrico, basado en la arquitectura del IoT, a través del protocolo de comunicación MQTT.El prototipo, permite automatizar diversas funciones de un generador eléctrico ante la interrupción del fluido eléctrico; tales como: encendido y apagado de forma automática, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones eléctricas. También, controlar variables como el nivel de combustible, temperatura, horas de uso del equipo; que facilita cambios de aceite, y mantenimientos preventivos. Adicionalmente, cuenta con un gestor automático de carga de potencia, que evita que el generador inicie con una potencia máxima desde el arranque; logrando de esta forma ampliar el margen de vida útil de los circuitos electrónico de potencia. Finalmente, para controlar de manera remota las funciones mencionadas, se presenta una aplicación móvil para que el usuario final pueda monitorear en tiempo real el funcionamiento del generador, mediante la implementación del protocolo de comunicación de Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT).

Unsupervised model for aspect-based sentiment analysis in spanish

This paper presents an unsupervised model for Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis in Spanish language, which automatically extracts the aspects of opinion and determines its associated polarity. The model uses ontologies for the detection of explicit and implicit aspects, and machine learning without supervision to determine the polarity of a grammatical structure in Spanish. The unsupervised approach used, allows implementing a system quickly scalable to any language or domain. The experimental work was carried out using the dataset used in Semeval 2016 for Task 5 corresponding to Sentence-level ABSA. The implemented system obtained a 73.07 F1 value in the extraction of aspects and 84.8% accuracy in the sentiment classification. The system obtained the best results of all systems participating in the competition in the three issues mentioned above.
