Electricity consumption has been growing in recent decades, and it is estimated that air conditioning accounts for 30% of a building’s total electricity consumption. However, in hot climates this percentage may be even higher, which has led to the development of energy management techniques aimed at reducing the high electric bills paid by end users. This article proposes a business model for the commercialization of intelligent solutions for the optimization of electricity consumption by air conditioning equipment (VAC) in service sector buildings. The study used the Canvas methodology to validate the proposed model, in combination with other techniques such as SCAMPER, interviews, and discussion groups, among others, to validate the proposed business model aimed at the introduction of new techniques for the commercialization of air conditioning. Service-sector buildings exposed to the climate conditions of the Colombian Caribbean region were used as case study. The results summarize the characteristics of the business model, including the respective validations of the nine “Canvas” modules, which enabled reviewing two possible scenarios offering different alternatives for implementation of this initiative.

This article shows the implementation of an integrated and updated education system in the Combat Air Command No.3 as a school of the A-37B team, to give theoretical and virtual practice instruction optimizing strategic processes, increasing productivity, reducing operational and administrative costs in order to promote the commitment and development of human capital to crewmembers of the A-37B team; At the same time, promote technological development and innovation in the personnel that make up the Unit. In this work, the importance of the use of ICT in the educational field and the great contribution it presents in the Colombian Armed Forces is made known.

Cancer is a constantly evolving disease, which affects a large number of people worldwide. Great efforts have been made at the research level for the development of tools based on data mining techniques that allow to detect or prevent breast cancer. The large volumes of data play a fundamental role according to the literature consulted, a great variety of dataset oriented to the analysis of the disease has been generated, in this research the Breast Cancer dataset was used, the purpose of the proposed research is to submit comparison of the J48 and randomforest, NaiveBayes and NaiveBayes Simple, SMO Poli-kernel and SMO RBF-Kernel classification algorithms, integrated with the Simple K-Means cluster algorithm for the generation of a model that allows the successful classification of patients who are or Non-recurring breast cancer after having previously undergone surgery for the treatment of said disease, finally the methods that obtained the best levels were SMO Poly-Kernel + Simple K-Means 98.5% of Precision, 98.5% recall, 98.5% TPRATE and 0.2% FPRATE. The results obtained suggest the possibility of using intelligent computational tools based on data mining methods for the detection of breast cancer recurrence in patients who had previously undergone surgery.
