The goal of this research is to develop a Guide to Restorative Practice that will help improve school coexistence and conflict resolution in Jesús Maestro FMSD School of Soledad, and other official educational institutions with the same socio-economic status. The method is based on a sequential interpretation design (DEXPLIS) involving six stages. Ten elementary school students, ten parents, six teachers and school leaders (principal, primary school coordinator and psychologist) from I. E. Jesús Maestro FMSD participated. The tools used include questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, DOFA matrix, and literature analysis related to the design of the guideline. Based on the results obtained, we set out to develop a " Guide to Restorative Practices ", which will help to improve the coexistence of the education community and strengthen autonomy, dialogue and other values through the implementation of restorative practices.
