The objective of the study is to determine the stages of the evaluation of learning in online academic programs as a result of the digital transformation impelled by the Covid-19 pandemic in higher education. It is based on the digital transformation adopted in higher education since the Covid-19 pandemic, which accelerated the renewal of existing curricular programs and teaching-learning processes with a fragmented evaluation process. Through an explanatory research - purposeful and qualitative approach, the variables and metric indicators of pertinence, relevance and frequency of production of literature associated with the theme are studied to process the data. Likewise, a questionnaire was designed for the pilot study, selecting 25 teachers as sample units from two accredited private higher education institutions in Colombia located in Santiago de Cali and Barranquilla. The findings determined a 0.946 margin of reliability of the instrument for its application in the second phase and a matrix of indicators and the system of relations on the components and stages of the evaluation system were generated. The systematized practice of the stages is proposed as a conclusive basis for the definition of metrics that determine the incidence on the application of the evaluation of learning from academic programs mediated by digital technologies.

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on technology in the humanitarian supply chain. The methodology includes performance analysis and science mapping to explore the application of technologies in humanitarian supply chains. This paper contributes to the literature by examining the most influential authors, trends, journals, countries, institutions, and the recent humanitarian supply chain collaboration. The information presented in this research was obtained with the Scopus database. The study identified 342 documents after applying filters to screen for duplicates and manuscripts unrelated to the topic. The articles were analyzed using MS Excel and VOSviewer. The research provides an overview of state of the art showing a high collaboration between the authors Ramesh A. and Kabra C, and the most relevant institutions were the Griffith Business School and the Delft University of Technology. Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Journal of Disaster Research were the most productive journals. The terms analysis shows that “disasters”, “disaster prevention”, “humanitarian logistics”, and “human” are the most used keywords. The study identifies future research lines related to the interaction between critical technologies to deliver real benefits to the humanitarian supply chain. As a result, it proposes integrating the significant contributions of new technologies, such as blockchain, big data, artificial intelligence, 3D printing, virtual and augmented reality, and the social media relief phase following the disaster. It also indicates gaps in knowledge in terms of research related to human-made disasters and health emergencies.

El desarrollo de iniciativas para superar barreras que afectan el ecosistema funcional de la educación superior y sostenibilidad de la indagación en América Latina, conlleva al análisis de la educación superior e investigación en Latinoamérica y la transición al uso de tecnologías digitales por COVID-19. Mediante un estudio informétrico sobre contenidos web de 25 Universidades, seleccionadas considerando el índice QS Latin America Ranking y cinco países Latinoamericanos, en los cuales prevalece la crisis por contagios. Asimismo, se relacionan los aportes impulsados por organismos gubernamentales y universidades. Los resultados determinan, que la información sobre los programas académicos, se accede mediante entornos digitales, en materia de investigación, prevalece una escasa proyección sobre los avances en tiempos de pandemia, generando incertidumbre ante la dinamización de la trilogía ciencia-tecnología-humanidades, en Latinoamérica. Se concluye, que el alcance de las tecnologías, para superar la deserción estudiantil se difunde débilmente. En investigación, se omite la visibilidad de estrategias que garanticen su continuidad, generando paralización o retraso, incidiendo en el avance científico-técnico. Es necesario trascender del uso exclusivo de tecnologías para docencia, e impulsar la difusión sobre accesibilidad, visibilidad y capacidad de interoperabilidad de las plataformas tecnológicas que responda a requerimientos de un entorno educativo vulnerado por COVID-19.

This article considers the legal status of tokens, their specifics and distinctive features, as well as the possibility of inheriting this digital asset. The study aims at analyzing the legal nature and classification of tokens, as well as the specifics of their inheritance. While conducting this research, it has been used the methods of collecting and studying singularities, generalization, scientific abstrac- tion, cognition of objective laws, objectivity, specificity and pluralism. It has been concluded that a token is an entry in the transaction block registry (blockchain) or other distributed information systems, which certifies that the token owner is entitled to civil law protections and/or is a cryptocurrency. It has been proved that tokens by their legal nature are digital units of accounting in the participating interest shares of entrepreneurial projects and authorized capitals of any company, digital price analogues of uncertificated securities and other objects of civil law. It has been developed a classification of tokens and emphasized the need to create an electronic data warehouse that contains access codes for these digital assets. After the testator’s death, these codes can be given to the heir by testament or by law in case the testator did not draw up the corresponding testament during their life. These conclusions and suggestions will allow to legally qualify tokens and resolve inheritance issues in this area.
