Ecotourism is a productive strategy that consists of visiting natural destinations responsibly, aims to improve the well-being of local communities and preserve the environment. Ecotourism is being developed in coastal wetlands, however, there is a lack of understanding of the methodological and practical context in which this activity is carried out. This study aims to review the state of ecotourism as a productive alternative in coastal wetlands. For this: a) coastal wetland types were identified, b) local actors were characterizedand c) the strategies most used in the development of ecotourism in coastal wetlands were described. This research is descriptive, based on a literature review, which developed a search in the Scopus database, using a defined search strategy. The results yielded 95 documents to which inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. Nineteen documents were obtained to construct the matrix. It can be inferred that this research is a contribution to the scientific literature, since currently there is no research that summarizes scientific information regarding the role of ecotourism in coastal wetlands. These results serve as input for better planning and implementation of ecotourism projects in coastal wetlands in Colombia. On the other hand, the information found is scattered and aspects remain to be addressed. Finally, this study contributes to sustainable development since it promotes the sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources in highly vulnerable ecosystems.

Museums play an important role in preserving the heritage and cultural legacy of humanity, however, one of their main weaknesses in regards the user is their static nature. At present, and in the face of the development of diverse technologies and the ease of access to information, museums have upgraded their implementation of technologies aimed at improving the user experience, trying more and more to access younger audiences with a sensitivity and natural capacity for the management of new technologies. This work identifies trends in the use of technological tools by museums worldwide and the effect of these on the user or visitor experience through a review of scientific literature. To complete the work, we performed a search of the publications in the Scopus® referencing database, and downloaded, processed, and visualized the data using the VOSviewer® tool. The main trends identified in this context of analysis are related to the role of museums with the development and improvement of the user experience; orientation to young audiences and innovation driven by the user through Interactive Systems, digital games, QR Codes, apps, augmented reality, virtual reality and gamification, among others. The objective of the implementation of new technologies in the context of museums is to satisfy the needs of contemporary communication, for all types of content and aimed at an increasingly digital audience, in order to ensure positive interaction and feedback from ideas with social and cultural changes.

Recently, internal branding has gained relevance in the marketing literature because researchers recognize that corporate brand management not only implicates external actions but also an internal approach that involves employees. Despite the growing interest, there is no consensus among authors about antecedents, dimensions, and outcomes of internal branding. In this sense, this paper aims to explore the conceptualization of internal branding and to offer opportunities for future research. The study is a systematic literature review that uses a specific database. The contributions of each article were extracted, organized, and processed following systematic procedures. This review defines internal branding as a cross-functional process that involves both marketing and human resource departments. It focuses on managing the brand internally through brand-centered human resource management, internal brand communications, and brand leadership, with the aim of achieving brand outcomes among employees (brand understanding, brand identification, brand commitment, brand loyalty, brand citizenship behaviors) so they can build brand equity in front of external stakeholders. Although a lack of consensus had been established, the literature evidenced similarities that gave rise to the conceptualization proposed in this study. Nevertheless, the discussion about internal branding is still open because there are several issues to investigate in this field.

El propósito de este estudio fue realizar una revisión sistemática de los artículos científicos publica-dos entre 2010 y 2015 en torno a los estilos de vida en el área de consumidor para establecer el estado actual de la investigación. Las fuentes de información fueron las bases de datos Science Direct®, Springer Journal®, Academic Search Complete® y Scopus®. Un total de 94 artículos fueron depura-dos en una base de datos y se procedió a realizar análisis descriptivos. Se encontró una prevalencia de los estudios correlacionales y de tipo transversal. En la parte final del artículo se presentan los resultados de un análisis de convergencias que permite caracterizar los aspectos de interés crítico en el área. De acuerdo con el análisis de contenido realizado, se pueden definir los estilos de vida en el área de consumidor como una forma distintiva y consistente de vida, en la que están implicados procesos psicológicos, sociales y culturales. Estos procesos median en el proceso de compra, uso y descarte de bienes y servicios

The objective of this study is to perform a review and contextualize the existing definitions of educational quality from the managerial point of view. We will be presenting also the factors that have been considered to support managerial decision making within educational institutions. Relevant research related to the different models for measuring educational quality and the different factors that affect this quality are discussed. The existing methodological gap of the statistical processes, the theoretical evidences and the number of investigations in every level of education are identified. The results provide a framework for future research and can become the basis for the design and construction of multidimensional models for educational management quality measurement needs of educational institutions. The results evidence also the lack of a single criterion to build the indicators, as well as the fact that there is a strong of subjectivity in the measuring processes.
