The objective of this study was to propose educational
strategies for readiness developed by the facilitators of
the homes of early childhood, in the Colombian Institute
of family welfare in Puerto Giraldo - Colombia. It is a
projective investigation, with a design of field,
transactional and not experience. The population was
comprised for community mothers, with a sample not
probabilistic intentional of Fifteen facilitators. The
instrument was the questionnaire with frequency scale
and it obtained a Cronbach's alpha of 0.99 confiability.
The results revealed faults of planning, organization,
monitoring and limited availability of strategies to
promote the development of children.
