The objective of this research work is to design pedagogical strategies that contribute from the process of training teachers in digital skills to improve their work performance against the paradigm of the implementation of virtual education as a result of the social isolation caused by the covid pandemic. -19. And to carry out what was initially proposed here, a knowledge base was made from the state of the art that would allow knowing the root of the problem in terms of managing digital skills so that in this way establishing the methodological route that would allow teachers to be helped. in its pedagogical work with the implementation of ICT in remote teaching processes with elementary school students, initially with the conceptual strengthening of what technological skills are. In relation to this, the present research aims to improve the digital skills of teachers and for this purpose, a research design based on the IAP (participatory action research) is established since it allows, from the diagnosis, to find the deficiencies in the management technologies, to later plan the work strategy and the subsequent execution, which in the case of this work consisted of six training workshops. Showing as a result the teamwork in a collaborative and effective way, the good aptitude of the teachers in front of the training process.

It emphasizes the importance of research as an essential component of these academic programs and the challenges that must be posed by actors such as government, institutions, and teachers in order to contribute to the improvement of educational quality. From the methodological foundation, a reflective argumentative analysis allows the theoretical construction in attention to the main categories worked: Teacher Training - Postgraduate Studies - Educational Quality. Among the main results, it stands out that the different governments try to establish mechanisms that allow them to improve the control of the budget, but in their eagerness to achieve objectives referred to by international organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), they establish policies that are not agreed upon with all the actors, including unions, which has resulted in negative consequences for educators. It is concluded that teacher training at the postgraduate level contributes to the improvement of educational quality by strengthening: the profile of competencies, didactic-pedagogical innovation, and promotion at the teacher level.

This investigation arises when observing the low results in national academic tests at the school Instituto Educativo Tecnico Industrial in the last years, which has glimpsed that the teachers profile can be one of the factors that affect in these results or another possible factor would be the disposition of the student towards his education as a technical bachelor. This institution is located on the island of San Andrés in northern Colombia, specifically in the Caribbean Sea. Education as a training process that contributes to the skills to improve student learning and thus prepare for higher education and thus to prepare a professional profile that contributes to measurable knowledge in a standardized manner with evidence that in this case would be the knowledge, that punctuate and measure the educational quality, keeping in mind the previous thing in this study some characteristics that influence the results of this test are analyzed. In the first place, it is shown that some teachers do not have the profile according to a specific area since they must fill in hours that they need to comply with their schedule stipulated by the general education law, secondly, the little interest is shown of the learner in his formative process and in continuing with a higher education. This research has an empiricist epistemological approach that allows to emphasize the experience, keeping in mind the learning to produce the perception and the origin of the knowledge, keeping in mind that the human discernment has a limit, all this based on the knowledge taken of the hand with the experience and experimentation. The epistemological approach is contextualized with the positivist paradigm which aims to sustain that the forecast is an explanation of the fact that occurs taking into account scientific knowledge, which is based on statistics, which is a way to quantify, verify and measure a given logic, therefore the research approach is quantitative because it characterizes measuring phenomena, using a cause-effect analysis and using statistics as a tool to make viable or optimize the accuracy of information. Another element that has this approach is the process that implements since it has the goodness of plucking a sequence, a probability, a deduction and the analysis of the reality of the object of study. To conclude it is necessary to show that the educational institution needs to perform periodic test drills, about three times a month to strengthen knowledge and deepen teaching learning, therefore it is necessary to implement teaching-learning process is strong and that this needs to be strengthened conclusively and effectively for an optimal educational quality.

The objective of this study was to analyze the process of teacher training, including children with special educational needs in the regular classroom at the José Castillo Bolívar Industrial Technical Educational Institution in Soledad, Atlántico. The research is quantitative, empiricist approach, positivist paradigm, non-experimental method, with descriptive scope and cross section. The population and sample consisted of eighteen (18) teachers. To which the CIE questionnaire adapted by Carrillo, Rivera, Forgiony, Bonilla and Montánchez (2018) was applied as an instrument. After processing and analyzing the results, it is established that education professionals require specific training in inclusion of children with special educational needs; since the lack of knowledge and didactic mediation is evidenced for the elaboration of a curriculum adapted to the needs present in the classroom and to be able to attend and integrate the students with SEN.

The article aims to analyze the creativity of the teacher in the context of emerging theoretical approaches such as reflective pedagogical practice. Methodologically, two moments of research are approached: firstly, we work with the technique of the review and documentary anal-ysis to reveal the treatment that the authors make of the concept of creativity based on the reflective practice of the teacher. Secondly, work sessions are developed, such as seminars - workshops where discussion groups are formed, with teachers from the area of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Chihuahua, Mexico, who in collective construction approach a collegial concept of creativity; The concept is validated through the observation of the discussion groups in support of the accompaniment in processes of: didactic planning - pedagogical intervention - instructional evaluation. The results highlight teaching competencies, associ-ated with their creativity for didactic mediation from a reflexive position, where strengths and gaps to be resolved are identified. It concludes the need to consoli-date a creative education based on the resignification of pedagogical practice, depending on the teacher’s ways of acting and within the framework of socio-contextual transformations.

La implementación inadecuada del modelo pedagógico Escuela Nueva durante el fortalecimiento de las competencias lecto-escritoras para grado primero en la I.E. Llanadas y la I.E. Beltrán, fue el eje problemático que abordo la presente investigación, la cual fue desarrollada a partir del paradigma socio-critico, el enfoque cualitativo y el método investigación-acción, originando el interés de las investigadoras por reconocer el grado de congruencia del modelo con los documentos institucionales, las concepciones que tienen los docentes sobre este y su implementación en las practicas pedagógicas, de tal manera que se configuro una red colaborativa docente, a través de la cual se generaron espacios de formación pedagógica, reflexión y de socialización de experiencias significativas en torno al modelo pedagógico y las diversas estrategias metodológicas propuestas para el alcance de las competencias lecto-escritoras. Siendo así, se valoró la apropiación de los docentes participantes en la red y su influencia en las practicas pedagógicas; de tal manera que se evidencia un bajo nivel de participación en cuanto al desarrollo de actividades de aprendizaje colaborativo en la plataforma virtual, la importancia de formar el cuerpo docente en el uso de las Tic´s, no obstante, prevalece el interés por los espacios de formación sincrónicos, el aprendizaje en relación al método global para la enseñanza en el área de lenguaje y la transformación de sus prácticas de aula desde la integración de los principios orientadores del modelo, aun así es el docente quien decide la viabilidad de su aplicación e integración a sus prácticas pedagógicas.

This research analyzes the relationship between ICT appropriation and the learning styles in students of a teacher training program. It was framed within an investigation with a quantitative correlational approach. Initially, the questionnaire REATIC was filled in by a stratified sample of 63 students of I and IV semester to collect information about their levels of knowledge, use and value of ICT. Then, their learning styles were identified through the CHAEA questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the RStudio statistical software. Thus, Pearson, Kendall, T-Student, Wilcox and ANOVA statistical tests were applied. Results showed that the use of ICT is more recreational than pedagogical, with high scores for levels of ICT appropriation. In addition, students preferred a pragmatic learning style. Weak correlations were found among the dimensions of the variables. The analysis of variance showed that the degree of ICT appropriation is similar for the four learning styles. Moreover, there were no significant differences between I and IV semester students. This allows to conclude that the fast advance of ICT is changing the way of learning of would-be teachers. Information that contributes to strengthen their digital teaching competence from their learning styles.
