In the educational context, adequate environments of social interaction are necessary for the development of effective school processes. The present investigation will be developed in order to analyze the existing correlations between interpersonal relationships and the academic performance of elementary school students. In this sense, the established methodological path will respond to a positivist vision, from a quantitative approach and a descriptive-correlational scope. For the collection of data, surveys and documentary review of institutional academic records will be used, the sample will consist of 60 third grade students of primary school of an official educational institution. The results will allow the description of the characteristics that identify the interpersonal relationships of the students from the coexistence in the classroom, the assertive communication and the relational behavior, associated to the characterization of the academic performance in terms of performance levels, forms of work in the classroom and motivation towards learning, to then determine the existing canonical correlation indexes among the proposed variables. The project will be viable because the acquisition of knowledge is novel for the study context and also has the permits of the institution, supported within its goals of improvement. The results allow to verify the pincipial hypothesis showing that there is a significant correlation between interpersonal relationships and academic performance, where the importance of setting standards, peer work and the support of parents as fundamental elements for academic success is verified.

Education reforms in Latin America have significantly changed the panorama in terms of stability and incen-tives for teachers in the region in recent decades. The different governments try to establish mechanisms that allow them to have a better control of the budget, but in their eagerness to achieve objectives suggested by international organizations, such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), they establish policies that are not agreed upon with the unions in their elaboration. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to analyze the behavior of such education reforms in the Latin American context, with emphasis on the changes of recent decades. Documentary review and content analysis serve as a methodological basis for deriving a system of theoretical categories in atten-tion to the research topic. Among the results, categories such as the impact of well-paid teachers on the quality of education, as well as the role played by unions in the processes of consultation and dialogue with governments, stand out. It is concluded that there is a need to generate solid criteria that allow us to evaluate the current state of the education sector from an objective perspective, paying special attention to the system of income, permanence, promotions, and incentives for teachers in Latin America.

This research began considering pedagogy requires permanently to the pedagogical act is reflected in this sense, research the general objective: To characterize teaching practice from master narratives basic sciences at the University Corporation of Costa because according to UNESCO (1995), teaching practice is a fundamental change and development of higher education factor. The research methodology established content analysis as a technique appropriate to describe an objective and systematic qualitative research, the manifest content or implicit in a data source, which in this case was a questionnaire, this virtual instrument access. The results of the technique, 331 and 118 units of analysis codes, position the research not only within a framework of innovation by using the computational tool atlas you; but determine which is the best way to handle this volume of information; therefore the research results in axial coding allows, emerge two categories. In the conclusions, the findings of reflective practice and traditional practice, provide answers to the question that guided the research, but above all, realize the deeper meaning of professional ethics of teachers in Basic Sciences, to describe in its narrative form simple and true aspects of their teaching, perhaps because they understand that this is the first requirement to approximate a reflection on action, also referred to evaluation processes, not as part of the penalty, but as institutional tool of continuous improvement.

Writing is one of the most important skills that must be strengthened by the help of parents and teachers, this being one of the fundamental bases for the cognitive development of children; Being clear that the writing process is one of the most complex that the human being presents due to the need to learn different codes that are established in the writing. This is why it was necessary to implement this research work, where little by little the importance of the writing process is shown, the appropriate intervention and implementation of pedagogical strategies. The objective of this research work focuses on describing the strategies implemented by teachers, in order to strengthen the writing process in their students. The research project took as its pillars the teachers and students of the primary basic level of the Institution San José, Headquarters number 2 María Auxiliadora of the municipality of Sitio nuevo-Magdalena. The study is quantitative, because the observation made in each grade to teachers was taken as an instrument. From the methodological point of view, a checklist was made directed to the boys and girls of said institution. According to the results obtained through the application of the instruments to the children of the San José Institution, Headquarters number 2 María Auxiliadora of the municipality of Sitio Nuevo-Magdalena, the different aspects to be improved regarding the writer process were evident. students have, the survey of children was related to the observation made to teachers, as this showed that teachers must establish and implement various strategies that strengthen these skills in students and help strengthen the various aspects to improve that are evident. Therefore, it is advisable to develop methodological strategies where the student shows motivation and reach to strengthen their communication skills

Currently, teachers face many challenges when exercising the profession, among which the new Mooc regulatory framework is highlighted, which is defined as a tic tool for conflict resolution and school coexistence. The results indicate as fundamental findings the need to update the program plans, in the school context where the research was conducted; and as the discussion groups are a strategy for teachers to make a reflective practice. And in this sense, conclusions are highlighted for the strengthening of the pedagogical practice in relation to the resolution of conflicts in the teaching of education, in institutions so as to be able to positively impact the professional performance of the Teacher as a practice and strategy regarding coexistence of the students.

Las TIC tienen un papel importante en la educación. Enmarcado en los entornos de aprendizaje personal-PLE, donde cada individuo identifica los recursos que emplea para aprender, crear y compartir, el docente como guía, tiene un reto de apropiarse también de las TIC. Esta presentación hace parte del proyecto “Modelo de asistente para la construcción pedagógica de microcurrículos apoyado en TIC para instituciones educativas de básica y media”, bajo el programa “Apropiación pedagógica de las TIC en las escuelas innovadoras del CIER Occidente”, apoyado por Colciencias- MEN. Para el proyecto se definió la metodología de investigación basada en diseño (IBD). En este documento se indica un resumen de las herramientas y plataformas educativas, se presenta una herramienta digital que actúa como asistente para la planeación curricular denominado ConTIC, y una propuesta general del entorno de aprendizaje personal –PLE del docente que incluye a ConTIC.

The emphasis of this research allowed to know the elements that the teachers articulate for their didactic planning, the strategies, the educational resources, the spaces and the criteria they establish to evaluate the teaching processes of each student, as well as the professional and occupational profile of every rural teacher. From the theoretical affirmations supported by Barragán (2012), "Pedagogical practice", MEN and JICA (2009), "Study of classes", Decree 1278 (20012), "Teaching competencies", among others such as Clara Colbert, "New school". The result was the characterization of the process that each educator performs before, during and after his actions in the integral development of each boy and girl in the three rural institutions

The general purpose of this work is: To analyze the relationship of the pedagogical model in the academic factors associated to the performance and in the development of the communicative competences of English and Spanish of the students of the preschool degree, first and second of the different venues of the Educational institution Flowers Hill Bilingual School. The methodology used to carry out this research was qualitative with a descriptive approach, which sought to answer the following question: How does the pedagogical model of teachers influence the development of bilingualism in the school? He worked with the preschool student population, first and second, and with their respective teachers.The results obtained showed that the methodology used by teachers has a great influence on the development of communicative skills in language and English, in the same way, it was observed that these methodologies are directly related to the teacher's suitability to teach the language.
