Studying the spatial and temporal variations of flow rates in Colombian rivers is an important step to guarantee water availability and to carry out adequate plans to prevent possible environmental or socioeconomic impacts that such variations may generate. This research aims to analyze the trends in the series of annual maximum and minimum flows of the Cauca River. Eight (8) stations of the main section of the river selected according to their location and the time window of data available in them (1970 - 2018) were selected for this investigation. The methods used to find the trends were the non-parametric Mann-Kendall and Sen's Slope tests, from which significant trends (with a confidence level of 95%) were detected in the series of annual maximums of 6 stations and in the series of annual minimums of 2 of them. The stations Las Varas and Tres Cruces presented significant increasing trends for the series of maximums and the series of minimums, which suggests an increase in the variability of the annual data. The trend detected in the upper part of the basin was decreasing (-0.57 to -2.17 m3 / year), while the trends detected in the lower basin were increasing (0.49 to 8.93 m3 / year). be related to the anthropic interventions carried out in the basin and to the variations of macro climatic phenomena such as the ENSO and the PDO.

In this research, a bibliometric review was carried out on international logistics, performing a comparative analysis of production between 1956 and 2016 and then focusing on production from 2013-2016 in order to establish the current trends in logistics research international. Descriptive bibliometric indicators were used: volume of production, typology of documents, writing languages, number of citations, institutional affiliation of authors, sources, main journals, countries of origin of the researcher. The most promising themes in the field were green and sustainable supply chains application of big data, e-Commerce, incidence of aspects redefinition of supply chain and logistics, collaborative logistics case studies (China) global manufacturing networks analysis capacity building and user satisfaction.

This study presents the evolution and economic development of the global market for absorption refrigeration systems. The article reviews trends in demand for high and low-power absorption refrigeration systems. High growth potential was found in low-power absorption refrigeration systems in the global market. An important finding is that the most widely installed systems in the world are those of single effect and double effect, due to their cost/benefit ratio. It also reviews the relations and trends of companies that manufacture this technology.

Más allá de los signos que la posmodernidad nos ha venido ilustrando en materia de contexto, desarrollo y globalización en el escenario de la escuela, es fundamental generar un proceso de reflexión serio y profundo desde todos los sectores, sobre el concepto de calidad educativa y su orientación como principio fundamental que impacta de manera directa, en el tipo servicio que brindan los establecimientos educativos (en especial los estatales) hoy día, bajo una perspectiva de crecimiento local. Así pues, si bien es cierto que existe todo un andamiaje legislativo que organiza y matiza los canales asociados a la educación en el ente territorial, no menos cierto es que las tendencias (desde todos los frentes) nos están invitando a valorar de manera sistémica, el compromiso de todos los actores vinculados con las actividades de formación escolar; de esta forma, es clave articular el fortalecimiento de la gestión institucional y las prácticas pedagógicas como ejes fundamentales para dar respuesta a las expectativas de este momento histórico, en el marco de una educación pertinente y relevante.
