Ajuste de una herramienta de planeación y control, basada en balanced scorecard para las Mipymes de insumos del sector de confecciones en el distrito de Barranquilla
Abstract
The research was based on an adjustment of the Balance Score Card to a company of the subsector of inputs for the clothing industry in the district of Barranquilla, taking as a reference, which is a sub in growth and with long-term. In the process of state-of-the-art analysis of this subsector, showed a behavior in the performance of the companies, which reveals, the lack of internal control of these, which affects the result status of the same. There are companies, which in spite of its age, growth, they do not measure or control their activities, worrying situation in the present by the events of the signing of the FTA with the United States and its not preparation for competitiveness. The tool designed, fits in the basic conditions of a company, you want to begin the process of implementation of Balanced Scorecard and indicates which are the first important procedures, for the success of the same.
