Estudio de aprendizaje organizacional de las microempresas de Sogamoso, Boyacá

El presente artículo se refiere a los resultados de la investigación titulada “Estudio de aprendizaje organizacional en las microempresas de Sogamoso en Boyacá, Colombia”. Los temas a tratar versarán, en primer lugar, sobre las generalidades del aprendizaje organizacional en estas compañías; luego se abordan las características de los procesos de aprendizaje organizacional, así como la descripción de factores principales que inciden en este fenómeno, sus causas e impactos relevantes. Después se presentan los factores que impulsan el aprendizaje organizacional; y, al final, las barreras más destacadas que impiden el aprendizaje organizacional. Se aplicaron 1.303 encuestas a 463 empleados de 57 microempresas de la ciudad de Sogamoso, catalogadas según su sector económico. El tipo y método de estudio fue el descriptivo e inductivo; la técnica estadística utilizada fue el análisis descriptivo (frecuencias y tablas de contingencia), para luego realizar un análisis por Anova y tablas de contingencia. This article refers to the results of the research entitled "Study of organizational learning in the micro-companies of Sogamoso in Boyacá, Colombia". The topics to be discussed will be, firstly, about the generalities of organizational learning in these companies; then, the characteristics of the organizational learning processes are addressed, as well as the description of the main factors that influence this phenomenon, its causes and relevant impacts. Then the factors that drive organizational learning are presented; and, in the end, the most important barriers that impede organizational learning. A total of 1,303 surveys were applied to 463 employees of 57 micro-companies in the city of Sogamoso, classified according to their economic sector. The type and method of study was descriptive and inductive; the statistical technique used was the descriptive analysis (frequencies and contingency tables), to then perform an analysis by Anova and contingency tables. The present article refers to the results of the investigation “A study on organizational learn-ing of small companies in Sogamoso, Boyaca”. It first approaches generalities on organiza-tional learning in these companies; secondly, characteristics of the process in organizational learning in these companies, as wells as the description of the main factors that influence this phenomenon, and its causes and most relevant impacts are also presented. In third place, factors contributing to organizational learning are covered; and finally, the article outlines the major barriers affecting organizational learning. The study performed by the research group Management of the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia applied 1,303 surveys to 463 employees of 57 small companies of the city of Sogamoso and they were cata-logued by the economic area to which they belonged to. Regarding methodological issues, the type and method used were descriptive and inductive. The statistical technique used was the descriptive analysis (frequency and contingency tables) to subsequently perform an anal-ysis with the model Anova (Analysis of variance) and also with the contingency tables type
