Perspectives on the concertation of a bilateral integral agreement between China and Colombia

Abstract

El propósito de esta investigación es presentar un análisis sobre la posibilidad del establecimiento de un acuerdo de cooperación bilateral integral entre Colombia y China, dicho análisis se hace a partir de los convenios bilaterales vigentes entre ambas naciones. La investigación concluye con observaciones a corto plazo sobre la posibilidad del establecimiento de un acuerdo de cooperación bilateral integral entre los dos países.

The purpose of this investigation is to present an analysis about the possibility of establishing an agreement of bilateral integral cooperation between China and Colombia; this analysis would be based on the bilateral agreements still valid on both nations. The investigation concludes with short term observations about the possibility of establishing an agreement of bilateral cooperation between the two countries
