Abstract
It presents an experience on the development of teaching research competences, within the framework of a collaborative, interdisciplinary and interinstitutional inquiry-building process. It sought to systematize the experience of training in investigative teaching competencies and to characterize the elements that generate investigative commitments integrated with reflective and situated educational practice. It was based on a model of development and evaluation of academic competences and the methodology of Systematization of Educational Experiences. It was a qualitative research, which recovered the voice of the actors and came to construct meanings that guide the formation in research from the action reflective and critical teachers.
