dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo presenta las prácticas recomendadas
por el estándar IEEE C57.110™-2008 para
la determinación de las condiciones óptimas de operación
de transformadores sometidos a corrientes
no sinusoidales. Se analizan los principales efectos
de la distorsión armónica sobre los componentes internos
del transformador, así como las variaciones
en el comportamiento del flujo magnético, clases y
tipos de pérdidas, al igual que las recomendaciones
prácticas para la evaluación del máximo valor
eficaz de corriente de carga no sinusoidal, tanto
para transformadores tipo seco como inmersos en
líquido. Con estos valores de carga estimados se logra
proteger al transformador, asegurando que las
pérdidas más altas no superen el valor de las pérdidas
para las cuales fue diseñado, evitando, de esta
forma, los efectos de fenómenos ocasionados por la
presencia de corrientes no sinusoidales. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This paper sets forth IEEE Std C57.110
™ -2008 recommended practices for determining
the optimum operating conditions for a transformer
under non-sinusoidal load currents. An
analysis on the main harmonic distortion effects
of transformer’s internal components, magnetic
flux behavior variations, and types of loss was
accomplished. Likewise, practical recommendations
to assess maximum efficiency values of
non-sinusoidal load currents is also completed for
both dry-type and liquid-immersed distribution
transformers. With these estimated load values,
transformers can be protected, ensuring that the
highest loss value does not exceed the loss value
for which it was designed, thus, avoiding the effects
of non-sinusoidal currents phenomena. | eng |
