A residential level is essential to power and that it remains on all the time, the
distribution of electrical power is of vital importance in the process from the
generation to the end user (1)
. There are several levels of processing such as high,
medium and low, is the best way to distribute and use energy by users. The
objective of this project is focused on medium voltage circuits which seek to
identify problems to improve system reliability, which is defined as energy supply
continuity for a given time. This project is based on an operational analysis
approach in which they seek the best solution to the problem for which it is
intended that the present circuit under possible failures verifying that the rules are
strictly enforced in the system (1)
. The college circuit Riomar part of the substation
in the city of Barranquilla, this circuit presents several problems in which overload
occurs drivers causing failure especially in the more remote areas of the circuit (2)
,
the college circuit provided transfer is not done with golden gate circuit 2 have
these problems mentioned above. The college circuit is developing large real
estate projects and large commercial projects and health clinic such as blue Porto,
hotels, etc. This development of the city has resulted in an increase of the load
exponentially. The college circuit has great demand in the country villa and villa
neighborhood saint, which would be a major objective analysis to improve those
areas where regulations apply voltage regulation; the function is large labor
projects to optimize the network. The college circuit behavior is this: performs
transfer circuit 2 Golden Gate Golden Gate substation in the municipality of Puerto
Colombia (Atlántico) load minus the college circuit and giving it to Golden Gate 2 to
delete the load. This transfer is necessary for the driver to support this load
otherwise the circuit and voltage collapse is not required by their users. The project
proposes a possible solution for this circuit reduce failures caused by overloads.
For this we conducted a study of the current behavior of the circuit simulator
through NEPLAN and developed possible solutions to current regulations applying
NTC RETIE 2050 and construction of overhead linesIn the college circuit problems
associated detected voltage falls overload and short circuit currents analyzed three
and single phase in the system by means of software simulation NEPLAN verified
the flow behavior of the entire system load .To these problems we recommend a
driver lying that supports the load capacity capacitor bank at certain points where
the critical points are removed from the network.
