Análisis constitucional de la tercerización en Colombia

The main objective of this research is to analyze constitutively the outsourcing in Colombia, based in Castañeda's theory (2016), Baracaldo, L., (2018), Mondragon & posada (2016), the 583 decree of 2016, the labour code, sentences of the Constitutional Court about the subjet, among others. This proyect is a documentary research with the systematic review of printed and digital information such as books, documents, publications, legal instruments, bibliographic material, public documents, which were consulted and analyzed in order to obtain the theoretical framework that substantiate the research.
