estructurales, tanto en vigas como en columnas The seismic performance was determined by the Pushover method of a building constructed in the
city of Barranquilla under the norm NSR-10, also the maximum drift for a high seismic threat, in
the process the building was modeled in the elastic range by the software Etabs and a comparison
was made with the data of the calculation memories, then the building was modeled in the inelastic
range by the software Etabs. It was interpreted which elements were presented plastic labels and
what were their performance level in each node, was obtained the resistance seismic capacity curve
of the structure, the behavior of the building was determined under a mild, moderate and high
intensity earthquake, and their performance point was determined and performance levels were
determined for each level of seismic hazard. It is expected from the building that in case of facing
the design earthquake most elements are fully operational and some elements in the lower part of
the building present some type of minimal damage in structural elements, beams and columns.
