The present work evaluates the creation of a producer and commercial enterprise of dried Tabasco pepper and ground range organic, for which support in all existing theory about design and financial evaluation of projects and creation of economic value added, EVA. Along with this, we evaluate the marketing strategy that should implement the company, location, technical study and other feasibilities. The financial evaluation includes the projection of financial statements and free cash flow and investor, which evaluated a WACC of 22%, producing a generation of value and therefore financial viability for its creation.
This market is attractive for employment generation, since it has not yet been exploited or developed, and since this product is derived from nature to the time of sales, allows the opportunity for recruitment of manpower in different occupational areas
