Our Civil Arranging, it regulates everything relating to the real estate, defining them as those that cannot transport back and forth, how the grounds and mines and those who adhere permanently to them. Also they are named by real estate or farms. There does not exist a specific branch that classifies the legal rules of the real estate like real estate right, hence quite what he atañe, is ruled by the general principles of the Civil rights. There is very extensive the study of the Real estate field, since it includes, from its historical and legislative precedents up to its most current rules, in the different figures that can happen on the real estate, from the ways of acquiring up to the acts devices that there can develop the holders of the rights that on them relapse. Of all the rights protected by our Civil Code, it is possible to affirm that it is the most complex Real estate one as for the rights that from him stem, not only for the one who is to title, but for third. This work tries to do a general exposition of the Real estate right, presenting its most outstanding and important aspects to facilitate the study of this matter. Every day contracts or operations celebrate that of one or alteration or modification involve another way in the rights of the persons who have some property building Nuestro Ordenamiento Civil, regula todo lo concerniente a los bienes inmuebles, definiéndolos como aquellos que no pueden transportarse de un lugar a otro, como las tierras y minas y los que adhieren permanentemente a ellos. También los denominan bien raíz o fincas. No existe una rama especifica que clasifique la reglamentación legal de los inmuebles como derecho inmobiliario, de ahí que todo lo que él atañe, se rija por los principios generales del Derecho civil. Es muy extenso el estudio del campo Inmobiliario, pues él abarca, desde sus antecedentes históricos y legislativos hasta sus reglamentaciones más actuales, en las diferentes figuras que pueden darse sobre los inmuebles, desde las formas de adquirirlos hasta los actos dispositivos que pueden desarrollar los titulares de los derechos que sobre ellos recaen. De todos los derechos amparados por nuestro Código Civil, se puede afirmar que es el Inmobiliario el más complejo en cuanto a los derechos que de él se derivan, no sólo para quien sea titular, sino para terceros. Este trabajo trata de hacer un planteamiento general del derecho Inmobiliario, presentando sus aspectos más sobresalientes e importantes para facilitar el estudio de esta materia. Día a Día se celebran contratos u operaciones que de una u otra manera implican alteración o modificación en los derechos de las personas que tienen alguna propiedad inmueble
