dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se realiza una descripción de las estrategias, recursos y capacidades, así como la problemática de la empresa familiar en su proceso de internacionalización. Dichas descripciones se llevan a cabo a partir de trabajos de investigación teóricos y empíricos, que nos permiten conocer y tener mayor comprensión al abordar estos dos campos del conocimiento tan complejos. Este escrito se desarrolla a partir de una revisión de literatura de artículos sobre la temática descrita anteriormente. Resultados de esta revisión nos permitieron identificar las fortalezas, debilidades, los puntos a favor y en contra de la empresa familiar al pensar e iniciar su proceso de internacionalización. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | In this paper a description of the strategies, resources and capabilities, as well as the problems of the family business in its internationalization process. These descriptions are made from theoretical and empirical research, that let us know and have a greater understanding in dealing with these two fields of knowledge as complex. This paper was developed from a literature review of articles on the topic above. Results of this review allowed us to identify strengths, weaknesses, pros and cons of family businesses and start thinking about the process of internationalization. | eng |
