Abstract
In the present work it considered to design a didactic offer that bases of operationalization of Pedagogic Humanist Model, orientated to the improvement of educational quality, evidenced through the proofs of state. The level of research fits to the descriptive – explanatory one, with a documentary design of field using technologies, procedures and instruments that allowed the recollection of data, as well as the processing and validation of the information. The population remained shaped by 89 students of fifth year of primary school, 33 teachers and 2 managers of the Institución Educativa Distrital Jorge Robledo Ortiz of Barranquilla´s city. Among the results that were obtained about Pedagogic Humanist Model, students, teachers and managers coincide with that is contemplated inside the PEI, but it has not been developed to the maximum in the institution in correspondence with an Academic Performance in the external proofs. It is concluded that there is a need to exercise the foundations of the humanistic approach on the part of the directors of the institution, as well as an involvement of the teaching staff and students to improve the performance of knowledge in external tests
