Abstract
In this investigation’s project it proposes the mediation of the school conflict as a strategy of intervention for the living together, seeking to strengthen so much the personal as social formation and offering the opportunity to the students to develop skills as the self-knowledge, the autoesteem and the capacity of decision, tools that allow them to acquire the bases necessary for the managing of their interpersonal relations and hence to confront the conflict positively, generating in them processes of reflection, self-control and healthy conviviality in their environment. Accordingly, the dynamics that are generated in its process must involve conflict mediation processes in which viable strategies are made from assertive communication, dialogue and conciliation, where the actors that converge in education are directly Participants in decision making. And so give a solution to those factors that affect in some way coexistence
