Desplazados en el Distrito de Barranquilla

Abstract

This research work was realized in order to there knew more closely the current problems of the necessary displacement that flogs the country from years behind and that did not have the attention owed on the part of the national government until 5 years ago behind that this social scourge has reached its point of gravity and desperation for the most affected population any more poor our peasants who have turned out to be forced to migrate of its grounds to save its lives and that of its families, due to the constant clash between the diverse groups armed to the margin of the law. The target of this work is that of concientizar both to the governmental entities, and to the civilian population Barranquillera that the scourge of the violence in Colombia is not an alone matter of the wrongly placed ones but a juridical problems - social and that we all must contribute our sand granite to contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of these affected persons and of the country in general. This work is of big importance for us since by means of her we realized the constant violation of the Humanitarian International law, the fundamental constitutional law as it is the right to life. Also there are violated other rights as the civil rights that a person has to the domicile, to the free permanence in a place of the territory, to the free circulation.

Este trabajo de investigación se realizó con el fin de conocer más de cerca la problemática actual del desplazamiento forzoso que azota el país desde años atrás y que no tuvo la atención debida por parte del gobierno nacional hasta hace 5 años atrás que este flagelo social ha alcanzado su punto de gravedad y desesperación para la población más afectada los más pobres nuestros campesinos que se han visto obligados a migrar de sus tierras para salvar sus vidas y la de sus familias, debido al constante enfrentamiento entre los diversos grupos armados al margen de la ley. El objetivo de este trabajo es la de concientizar tanto a las entidades gubernamentales, como a la población civil Barranquillera que el flagelo de la violencia en Colombia no es asunto solo de los desplazados sino una problemática jurídica -social y que todos debemos aportar nuestro granito de arena para contribuir al mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de estas personas afectadas y del país en general. Este trabajo es de gran importancia para nosotras ya que por medio de ella nos dimos cuenta de la constante violación del Derecho Internacional Humanitario, el derecho constitucional fundamental como es el derecho a la vida. También se violan otros derechos como el derecho civil que una persona tiene al domicilio, a la libre permanencia en un lugar del territorio, a la libre circulación.
