Factors of the organizational climate existing in the administrative area in companies of Barranquilla

The purpose of this study was to identify the organizational climate factors that exist in the administrative area of companies in Barranquilla. Theoretically it was based on Brunet (2004), Dessler and Valera (2011), among others. The methodology was descriptive field, not experimental, crosssectional, applying a survey of 18 questions for data collection in a representative sample of 62, employees. It was observed with greater relevance among all the factors that of the efficient organizational structure. El presente estudio tuvo como finalidad identificar los factores del clima organizacional existentes en el área administrativa en empresas de Barranquilla. Teóricamente se sustentó en Brunet (2004), Dessler y Valera (2011), entre otros. La metodología fue descriptiva de campo, no experimental, transversal, aplicando una encuesta de 18 preguntas para la recolección de datos en una muestra representativa de 62, empleados. Se observó con mayor relevancia entre todos los factores el de la estructura organizacional eficiente.
