AbstractThis degree project, will analyze an emerging model of financing and its application to projects of high social impact and great business potential in the stage of entrepreneurship, which has validated business models, but not with the necessary resources to develop the initiative, which mobilize million-dollar sums of capital, called Crowdfunding, term in English referring to the financing in masses. In a way that it can fundament from the Academy a searching system and procurement of resources for business development in Colombia with technical, legal, and experimental viability analysis that determine the benefits and risks of its application, being the basis of the research a foundation of study in business administration, as science responsible for planning, organizing, direction and control of the resources of an organization. Companies as an essential part of an economy go through different phases, and in its early stages, even before their activity begin, they are considered as Startup's until the moment that they get to be sustainable and impact the market. In other words, a business idea that proves its efficiency in the economic system of a community, with a high innovative potential, with enormous projections but low investment in the beginning of its work, is called in this way. However, it is there, in the initial stage where many companies stop working despite the good results in their opening since it has no growth for lack of sources of funding for their projections, for which a Government must maintain consistent strategies to protect interests of capital from investors and can boost the economy with the development of business projects. 11 Crowdfunding platforms is a type of models accepted to date in many countries with legislation for the development of projects, which seek to discuss which legislative framework is Colombia counting on and the development of such initiatives through the years, defining policies, requirements, strategies for the development of this type of system which can converge between investors and entrepreneurs, allowing so, get to the conception of a qualitative analysis for the application of a Crowdfunding and its impact to Startup's in Colombia, having clear the concepts that compose a Crowdfunding, its management systems, the history of them, the types of projects that they finance, thus providing some features for different types of initiatives. By using tools of research such as the interview, applied to professionals, executives, business men, investors and entrepreneurs, the authors obtained an insight from different perspectives for the implementation of a Crowdfunding nationwide, determining a strategic model with performance indicators, which applied to projections that a Startup's delivers acts as an evaluation and essential criteria to participate in the financing of any platform so that it is attractive for an investor since it reduces risks of conception of the promises of the projects contribution. As outlined before you will find in the present work the research which resulted in the possibility that a Crowdfunding will become source of funding for the Startup's in Colombia with policies that decrease the risk for the parties being effective in the development and evolution of the ventures in Colombia.
