Abstract
The present major Project degree had as purpose to approach the Israel’s foreign policy from paradigmatic neorealism conception of the International Relations, due to the set of cultural, geographical, religious, economic and strategic attributes, is outlined the importance that involves the maximization of the security in the modus operandi of Israel's State, on having waterproofed his borders, of the same way it contributes an illustration of the functionality that has the Geopolitics in this political behavior base on the periods of evolution that has experienced the State in his three phases of constitution that are an exile, return and reconstruction of a nation disperses in several nations of the world. The bond of economic cooperation are different of the elements that from the approach of the neorealism emphasizes the increasing economic power that represents Israel's condition in the region of the average east.
