La lúdica como estrategia para el mejoramiento de la convivencia escolar y el desempeño académico en los estudiantes
Abstract
The present research project exposes a problem where violence and physical and verbal aggression are repeated actions of school work, considered a reason for coexistence that does not favor the academic performance of students, the author assumed the purpose of understanding the relevance of the playful as a strategy for improving school coexistence and academic performance, from the perception of teachers and students of 3rd of the Ana Josefa Morales Duque Educational Institution, Bello Horizonte de Santander de Quilichao, this could be achieved through observation, workshops In group and the application of interviews to students, teachers, rector, parents, it is possible to make a diagnosis of the causes of said violence and identify the interests that students have for the performance of playful activities that allow to reduce the levels of aggressiveness aimed at improving coexistence and improving the re academic condition For the development of the project several activities are proposed, where through the playful they are involved in more peaceful environments and emphasize the values of tolerance, respect among others.
