Módulo de digitalización y sistematización de la atención integrada a las enfermedades prevalentes de la infancia (AIEPI) para la Clínica de la Costa

Abstract

From 1996 the World Organization of the Health (WHO) and the Fund of the United Nations for the Infancy (UNICEF) presented a strategy to improve the health in the childhood, the Attention Integrated to the Illnesses Prevalentes of the Infancy (AIEPI), which focuses the attention of the persons younger than five years in its state of health more than in the illnesses that occasionally can affect them. This way, it reduces the lost opportunities of precocious detection and treatment of illnesses that can go unnoticed for the parents and for the personnel of health, with the consequent risk of worsening and of presenting complications, but in our country it is this strategy is not completely implemented. Given this need to keep on helping and recognizing the importance that the AIEPI for the society, the motivation of this project is the power to Digitize and to Systematize of the Attention Integrated to the Illnesses Prevalentes of the Infancy (AIEPI), showing completely an AIEPI of digital form, with which one would look for a more comfortable and rapid way of being able to develop it. With the Digitization and Systematization not only there speeds up the process of achievement of strategy, but also the errors risks bend in the achievement of the same one if this one was filled with manual form, - which one is an error more competing that appears at the moment of being able to fill a form - as well as of: • To count with historical of all the realized surveys and to have rapid access to the same ones. • On having been automated, it provides questions that change in accordance with the age of the patient and the answers given in other questions. What diminishes the mistake error on the part of the producer • To improve the organization and the functioning of the health services this way to be able to offer a better and more rapid attention to the infantes. • To improve the performance of the personnel of health for the attention to the minors and its relatives. • To allow to the doctors to be focused on an impression diagnoses of the patient. • To take a historical one of the AIEPI realized to the patients.

Desde 1996 la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) y el Fondo de las Naciones Unidas para la Infancia (UNICEF) presento una estrategia para mejorar la salud en la niñez, la Atención Integrada a las Enfermedades Prevalentes de la Infancia (AIEPI), la cual enfoca la atención de los menores de cinco años en su estado de salud más que en las enfermedades que ocasionalmente pueden afectarlos. De este modo, reduce las oportunidades perdidas de detección precoz y tratamiento de enfermedades que pueden pasar inadvertidas para los padres y para el personal de salud, con el consiguiente riesgo de agravarse y de presentar complicaciones, pero en nuestro país está esta estrategia no se encuentra completamente implementado. Dado esta necesidad de seguir implementando y reconociendo la importancia que la AIEPI para la sociedad, la motivación de este proyecto es el poder Digitalizar y Sistematizar de la Atención Integrada a las Enfermedades Prevalentes de la Infancia (AIEPI), mostrando completamente una AIEPI de forma digital, con el cual se buscaría una forma más cómoda y rápida de poder desarrollarla. Con la Digitalización y Sistematización no solo se agiliza el proceso de realización de estrategia, sino que también se bajan los riesgos de errores en la realización de la misma si esta fuese llenada de forma manual, -el cual es error más concurrente que se presenta al momento de poder llenar un formulario- así como de: • Contar con históricos de todas las encuestas realizadas y tener acceso rápido a los mismos. • Al ser automatizada proporciona preguntas que varían de acuerdo a la edad del paciente y las respuestas suministradas en otras preguntas. Lo que disminuye el error de equivocación por parte del realizador • Mejorar la organización y el funcionamiento de los servicios de salud para así poder brindar una mejor y más rápida atención a los infantes. • Mejorar el desempeño del personal de salud para la atención a los menores y sus familiares. • Permitir a los médicos ir enfocados a una impresión diagnostica del paciente. • Llevar un histórico de los AIEPI realizados a los pacientes.
