Caracterización de la violencia escolar en estudiantes de cuarto a décimo grado del colegio distrital “El Cañahuate”

Violence is a phenomenon that has a place in Colombia for more than fifty years, and through it’s history has produce all kind of situations on the politic and social point of view. Consequently, has generated situations that impacts in all levels of society. This Outlook has taken the governmental administrations to assign resources it implement strategies that mitigate the reality that the country lives now days in relation to the violence, however it of vital importance to know the actual state to be able to propose programs that permit to intervene in the general population in a more effective way. Because the violence topic is so crucial in Colombian society and the educational scenarios decisive so that generations keeps adopting attitudes and behaviors that perpetuate such phenomenon or contrary they become scenarios that help to change this outlook, this study focused to describe the types of school violence that exist in the context of the district school “el Cañahuate”, located in the city of Barranquilla, in stratum 1 and 2. The sample was taken from 152 students from 4th grade of basic primary until 10th grade. This investigation fundament on an empiric analytic paradigm, with a focus on quantitative study, a non-experimental method and a type descriptive scope, reflected on the investigation objective. After a systematic revision of the scientific literature about school violence, it was selected a measure instrument of the student violence rate, proposed by Cardenas and Navarro (2015), with a Linkert type design, with intervals from 0 to 4, where 4 is always and 0 is not presented, this instrument has as a theoretical fundament the exposed by Araos and Correa authors (2004), who consider violence has several ways of manifestation such as: physical violence, psychological violence, material violence and at last the mixt violence. In this sense, within the findings result of this investigative process, it was determined that the types of violence, such as the physical violence and the material violence, are seen more frequently in comparison to the psychological and mixt violence. This indicates that in the moment of proposing and applying any program that points to diminish the school violence in the district school “el Cañahuate”, there is a need to focus on these two types of violence that represent the nowadays population that makes part of it.
 
La violencia es un fenómeno que ha tenido lugar en Colombia desde hace más de cincuenta años, y a través de su historia ha producido todo tipo de situaciones, desde el punto de vista político y social. Consecuentemente, ha generado situaciones que repercuten en todos los niveles de la sociedad. Este panorama ha llevado a la administraciones gubernamentales, a destinar recursos para implementar estrategias que mitiguen la realidad que vive en la actualidad el país con relación a la violencia, sin embargo es de vital importancia conocer el estado actual para poder proponer programas que permitan intervenir en la población en general de una manera más efectiva. Por ser el tema de violencia tan crucial en la sociedad colombiana, y los escenarios educativos decisivos para que las generaciones sigan adoptando actitudes y comportamientos que perpetúen dicho fenómeno o contrariamente se conviertan en escenarios que favorezcan a cambiar este panorama, el presente estudio se centró en describir los tipos de violencia escolar existente en el contexto del colegio distrital “el Cañahuate”, ubicado en la ciudad de Barranquilla, en estrato 1 y 2. La muestra tomada fueron 152 estudiantes de cuarto grado de la básica primaria hasta décimo grado de la media vocacional. Esta investigación se fundamentó en un paradigma empírico analítico, con un enfoque de estudio cuantitativo, un método no experimental y un nivel de alcance de tipo descriptivo, el cual se refleja en el objetivo de la investigación. Tras una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica acerca de la violencia escolar, se seleccionó un instrumento de medición del índice de violencia estudiantil, propuesto por Cárdenas y Navarro (2015), con un diseño tipo Likert, con unos intervalos que van de 0 a 4, donde 4 es siempre y 0 es no se presenta, dicho instrumento tiene como fundamentación teórica lo expuesto por los autores Araos y Correa (2004), quienes consideran que la violencia tiene varias formas de manifestaciones tales como: La violencia física, la violencia psicológica, la violencia material y por último la violencia mixta. En este sentido, dentro de los hallazgos que resultaron de este proceso investigativo, se determinó que los dos tipos de violencia, como lo es la violencia física y la violencia material, se presenta con mayor incidencia en comparación a la violencia psicológica y mixta. Lo que indica que a la hora de proponer y aplicar cualquier programa que apunten a disminuir la violencia escolar en el colegio distrital “el Cañahuate”, se debe apuntar con mayor precisión a estos dos tipos de violencia que caracteriza en la actualidad a la población que hace parte de ella.

The specific objectives set out in the research are as follows: 1. Identify the types of physical intra-family violence experienced by women 2. Point out the causes and consequences of physical intra-family violence against women- 3. Propose the systematization of legal aspects adopted in Colombia to support the prevention of physical intrafamily violence against women in the Barrio Santa Rosa in the municipality of Sabanalarga in the Department of Atlántico. The methodology is of a socio-legal type, using hermeneutics, using as a data collection instrument, the semi-structured interview, direct observation in the social environment, as well as legal documents that enrich the project whose contributions are in both theoretical and theoretical order. legal. The sample is made up of ten women who have been victims of physical abuse. It is expected to analyze the data obtained from the causes and consequences of physical violence in women to finally conclude on the general results of the study.

The specific objectives set out in the research are the following: 1. Analyze the regulatory framework regarding the standards of awareness, prevention of forms of violence and discrimination against women in economic violence. 2. Describe the factors that configure economic violence against women in the Los Sleeves neighborhood in the municipality of Sabanalarga period 2020-2021. 3. Identify the institutional care provided by the municipality of Sabanalarga Atlántico to women victims of economic violence. The methodology is of a socio-legal type, using hermeneutics, using life histories as a data collection instrument, direct observation in the social environment, as well as legal documents that enrich the project whose contributions are in the theoretical order as legal. The sample is made up of 3 women, to finally conclude on the general results of the study.

    In the development of this research, a qualitative study is being carried out in order to analyze the risk factors that cause child abuse in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of the municipality of Sabanalarga - Atlántico between the years 2017 - 2018. The specific objectives stablished in the investigation are the following: 1-Identify the risk factors that generate child abuse in the Santa Rosa neighborhood in the Municipality of Sabanalarga - Atlántico. 2- Analyze the preventive and sanctioning actions implemented by the authorities responsible for defending and protecting underage victims of abuse. 3-Propose possible solutions to the issue of child abuse in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of the municipality of Sabanalarga in the Department of Atlántico. The methodology use is a socio legal type, the tools used to collect the information are the hermeneutics, the semistrecrured interview and the observation applied in the family and social contexts in which these children live, the sample consisted of members of the family where there have been some of the various forms of child abuse. As a Main result are presented that the determining factor achieved in this child abuse study is the economic position. It is concluded that the development of this study allows the construction of effective information about the factors that generate child abuse and, in this way, propose alternative solutions to this problem.
