Abstract
It is a question of a study investigativo realized by a group of teachers of the Educational Institution Distrital La Esmeralda of the city of Barranquilla in which there are provided options of didactic strategies that allow to the pupils to overcome the fears, the prejudices and all those bankruptcies that prevent them from being socialized correct and positively using for it, in an effective and efficient way four communicative competences; to listen, to speak, to read and to write. After a diagnosis divides on the difficulties for the car recognition and the development of the self-esteem in the children afrocolombianos that affects the development of its autonomy. In the process investigativo it was investigated on the need and simultaneously the disposal of the students and the teachers at the implementation of a didactic proposal directed to strengthen of the development of the communicative competences, using diverse cultural identity expressions as a pedagogic tool afrocolombiana captured in texts related or prepared by this national community
