Abstract
This research analyzes the levels of Stress, Resilience and Adaptation to change in teachers of 1278, who work in the urban area of El Banco Magdalena. It is a mixed investigation, of sequential explanatory design, with a population of 70 teachers applying the quantitative method with a 5-Dimensional Questionnaire, supported by the Measurement of Psychometric, Projective and Imaging Resilience of Ospina (2007); and a subsample of 40 educators evaluated through Focus Groups and analyzed with Atlas ti. The implications of resilience could be established as a transcendental principle for mitigating stress in teaching.
