Abstract
This work of degree, is based on a study to strengthen in students the culture of peace through conciliation as a teaching strategy, which performed on colegio Don Bosco Salesiano headquarters 2, Barranquilla, part of evidence in first grade students the conflicts affecting healthy coexistence in the classroom, situation that drew the attention of the researchers. To do this, he attends the type of qualitative research, the which works on the realities of events and their characteristics; the scope used is descriptive since this describes trends in the study group. The techniques and instruments used were the direct observation with a tab and the structured interview with the teachers, to describe the problem here situation and implement strengthening for healthy coexistence strategies to starting from conciliation. The study left as a result the decrease of the conflicts affecting the culture of peace, which were achieved through conciliation and dialogue as a solution of the conflicts presented in the classroom.
