Abstract
In this research work, a pedagogical strategy has been developed using the FLIPPED CLASSROOM methodology to develop the social skills of fourth grade students at the Headquarters of the Sabanagrande Commercial Technical Institution No. 4 Santa Rita de Cascia. For this, a pretext is applied with which to identify the social skills for a majority of 61 students divided into groups (control and experimental). Subsequently, a training process was developed with the inclusion of didactic strategies mediated by the FLIPPED CLASSROOM methodology, during an academic semester. After the application of mediated strategies, a subsequent evaluation of the groups is applied: control and experimental, with the purpose of comparing the degree of development of social skills by students. The study showed that students in the experimental group developed social skills (active exploration, conflict and conflict resolution), in addition to the students in the control group. Likewise, it was clear that 55% of the students were motivated by the use of technology, considering it as an effective tool to strengthen interpersonal relationships. It was concluded that the application of the FLIPPED CLASSROOM methodology as a didactic mediation strategy contributes to the development of social skills in fourth grade students and the use of ICTs in a positive and uplifting way for young people and young people.
