Mejoramiento integral de barrio Puerto Amor – Sabanalarga y Megacolegio IETISA

Abstract

Mejoramiento Integral de Barrio es el tratamiento que se aplica a zonas cuyo ordenamiento requiere ser completado en materia de dotación de servicios públicos domiciliarios, servicios sociales básicos, equipamiento colectivo y acceso vehicular, propendiendo por la integración armónica de estas zonas al resto de la ciudad, acorde al Modelo de Ordenamiento Urbano. El proyecto de mejoramiento integral de barrio puerto amor Sabanalarga y megacolegio IETISA tiene como objetivo principal el desarrollo de una propuesta urbana y arquitectónica que mejore la calidad de vida de esta zona marginal de Sabanalarga. Este proyecto se lleva a cabo a través de estudios preliminares que fueron arrojando distintas problemáticas que hacen de este sector sea merecedor de este tratamiento, buscando mejorar la infraestructura vial, servicios públicos, dándole oportunidad de dignificar la forma de vivir de esta comunidad; todo esto se da por medio de un proceso investigativo que se le hizo al barrio, en el que se analizó la morfología urbana y se averigua el plan de desarrollo del municipio y de esta forma realizar una propuesta urbana real de acuerdo a las necesidades ya mencionadas y que no se aleje del plan de desarrollo municipal conceptual del proyecto lo que ayudo a realizar la propuesta urbana. Al ya culminar la propuesta urbana, esta nos arrojó diferentes equipamientos urbanos de acuerdo a las necesidades que requería el sector; entre estos equipamientos está el de un desarrollo de un megacolegio que se puede plantear en el lote de la actual institución IETISA, un colegio industrial con 3 hectáreas pero en un total deterioro y no cumple con las normatividad vigente de diseño y accesibilidad, por lo que nos permitió desarrollar en totalidad un nuevo planteamiento institucional.

This project is carried out through preliminary studies that were throwing different problems that make this sector deserving of this treatment, seeking to improve the road infrastructure, public services, giving the opportunity to dignify the way of living of this community; All this is done by means of an investigative process that was done to the neighborhood, in which the urban morphology was analyzed and the plan of development of the municipality is ascertained and thus to realize a real urban proposal according to the needs already mentioned And that it is not far from the conceptual municipal development plan of the project which helped to realize the urban proposal. At the end of the urban proposal, this gave us different urban facilities according to the needs that the sector required; Among these equipment is a development of a megacolegio that can be raised in the lot of the current institution IETISA, an industrial college with 3 hectares but in total deterioration and does not meet the current regulations of design and accessibility, Allowed us to fully develop a new institutional approach.
