Caracterización de las áreas de proceso de requisitos de cmmi v1.3 en empresas de Ingeniería Electrónica en Barranquilla
Abstract
This degree project is to propose an efficient process for the management and development of requirements in projects, products and technology solutions that involve hardware and software. This research is a Master project that addresses different disciplines proposed in HAR'D Snow process and shows the way to devolop technology projects using jointly software and electronic hardware. The result of this research will establish methodically and accurately the capture, interpretation, development and management of customer requirements for technology solutions. Moreover, the degree project was first developed performing a characterization tool based on the area of process management and development requirements of CMMI-DEV V1.3; and which in turn was applied to technology companies of the city of Barranquilla in order to determine the activities performed by firms under study, when developing their projects. This instrument consists of a characterization survey with closed questions that allows comparison between companies and the determination of the activities performed by firms to carry out the requirements phase in their projects; and an interview with open-ended questions that allow the identification of how such activities are performed within the company. Finally an objective analysis of the results, where companies with the current state of the art are compared is performed, taking into account best practices found, possible improvements to apply the discipline of requirements that supports the process HAR'D Snow.
