dc.description.abstractLean Manufacturing tools were originally developed to improve manufacturing production systems and enhance productivity and quality in organizations. For this reason, they are used more frequently in manufacturing than in service companies. The Ergo-Lean approach applies Lean Manufacturing to the field of Occupational Safety and Health, focusing on reducing activities that do not add value and on reducing the associated muscular-skeletal disorders. The purpose of this study is to integrate Lean Manufacturing tools in risk management to help control work-related accidents. Based on work accident data at a service company, the causes of the accidents were analyzed and the main Lean Manufacturing tools were reviewed and integrated, in order to develop a new methodology for the implementation of these tools to help prevent work-related accidents and diseases and to develop a culture of self-care.spa
dc.description.abstractLas herramientas de Lean Manufacturing se desarrollaron originalmente para mejorar los sistemas de producción de fabricación y mejorar la productividad y la calidad en las organizaciones. Por esta razón, se utilizan con más frecuencia en la fabricación que en las empresas de servicios. El enfoque Ergo-Lean aplica Lean Manufacturing al campo de la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, enfocándose en reducir las actividades que no agregan valor y en reducir los trastornos músculo-esqueléticos asociados. El propósito de este estudio es integrar las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing en la gestión de riesgos para ayudar a controlar los accidentes laborales. A partir de los datos de accidentes de trabajo de una empresa de servicios, se analizaron las causas de los accidentes y se revisaron e integraron las principales herramientas de Lean Manufacturing, con el fin de desarrollar una nueva metodología para la implementación de estas herramientas para ayudar a prevenir accidentes y enfermedades laborales. y desarrollar una cultura de autocuidado.spa
