Women have historically been placed in a position of inferiority compared to men, we have been relegated to private spaces and we have been kept hidden there. We have not accessed real power spaces and we do not have true support from political parties, because we move in the midst of the collective imagination that our place is the kitchen and this discourse of reduction and minimization is reinforced with phrases such as: "behind everything great man, there is a great woman”. These times are past, we are no longer behind, we are in front of the communities, we are bringing hope to many people, we are building popular power. We are the women, the articulating axes in this process, we are the foundation of the emerging citizenships that were on the sidelines for a long time, we are shielding the territories from autonomy so that governance initiatives are managed there, new ways of exercising rights have been discovered with a own vision of social reality. In our country, measures as drastic as the isolation that caused the normal cessation of economic, work and family activities had not been presented, in addition to social distancing, which is one of the risk factors in gender violence, bringing up that Villavicencio is among the five cities with the highest rates of domestic violence against women.

En este trabajo de grado realizamos un estudio exhaustivo de la aceptación de cargos en Colombia y un análisis de los términos que fijo la ley 906 del 2004 con respecto al tiempo para presentar la aceptación como escrito de acusación en donde situamos nuestro problema jurídico, y mediante el trabajo de campo demostramos que por lo general estos escritos los estaban presentando el ultimo día. El método que se utilizo es el inductivo ya que la figura de la aceptación de cargos la esbozamos en la audiencia de formulación de imputación y la examinamos en las otras audiencias en los cuales procede. En el desarrollo de esta tesis nos dimos cuenta que el termino de 30 días tiene una razón y es la cantidad de audiencias preliminares pero el hecho de existir aceptación de cargos implica la excepción a la practica de muchas de ellas, realizamos un trabajo de campo con fiscales y asistentes de fiscales en donde se formularon varias preguntas y una de ellas la mas importante fue ¿creé usted que en los casos en que se dio aceptación de cargos pudo usted haber presentado antes la aceptación como escrito de acusación?, los resultados fueron positivos en un margen de 80 sobre 100, finalmente justificamos el porque se debía hacer una reducción de los términos y lo hicimos con una modificación complementaria al articulo 293 dejando los términos en 3 días

The objective pursued is the best interest of the child before equal marriage and the right to have a home, protection, care and stability of parents or mothers; for this, since the constitution of 1991, it has been working for equality of conditions and gender that society rejected or rejected. We will make a critical analysis of the historical, that is just the tangible and intangible assets accumulated over time , may be of artistic, historical , paleontological , archaeological or literature containing a representative value and specific. The owners of these properties should receive benefits for the conservation of these properties. But the reality shows that are being severely punished a legal duty not required to bear. Any action on the part of society and the state is facing and supported by legal rules. Which contribute to the development and understanding of the nation , provided they are given within the framework of absolute peace and harmony. The work being done is based on a type of qualitative research and on a descriptive approach, to this end, we propose the use of bibliographic and documentary sources of legal order addressing the issue from the legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence Colombian. To address the issue in question is necessary legal and regulatory analysis of the issue, such analysis involves the interpretation of legal norms in support of the problem and its comparison with existing theoretical doctrines and case law in this regard.

The public action of unconstitutionality is then one of the tools that irradiate an unfathomable democratic sense, participativo and deliberative of the effective constitutional order. According to the previously exposed thing, this Artificial investigation was in having walked in evaluating if the Article 2 Parenthesis 5 of the Law 1592 of December of 2012, 03 modificatorio of the Article 5 of the Law 975 of 2005, it transgresses the fundamental right to the equality I articulate 13 and the rights and duties of the family article 42 parenthesis 4 of the Political Constitution and this way to be able to exercise the constitutional right of the public action of unconstitutionality in order to achieve the help of the constitution like supreme norm. After that, there were a lot of reforms usefull to the changes, that had the purpose to promote, and ensure higher levels of welfare to all human beings. Law 715 of 2001 develops the legislative act 1 of 2001, establishing the general system of participations. Law 789 of 2002 gives a structural adjustment to the social security system of social protection which is a new tool to provide health. Law 1122 of 2007 was insufficient to meet the challenges of health. Initially the purpose of Law 1438 de 2011 was to improve the public service of health, and also it defines a national policy of social participation in order to intervene in the public politics of health.

This research focuses on the analysis of the legitimacy of political power, for which it is pertinent to the study of democracy, the right to vote, its conceptualization and legal regime; to determine the impact of electoral abstentionism on the legitimacy of political power. The documentary review method was asked to analyze the legal regime of the right to vote as a legitimizer of political power. The documentary review consisted of a hermeneutic exercise, documentary literature and critical analysis. As for the depth or scope of the research, it is based on the consultation and analysis of documentary sources for the description of the concepts and phenomena circulating around the subject under study. Throughout the work the phenomenon of abstentionism and the incidence of voting as right and duty is studied. In addition, it provides for the application of the mandatory vote, as a mechanism for knowing the will of the people and influencing the decision-making of the State.

This work of degree presents a critical view from the academic and judicial doctrine responsible for interpreting the relationship between the regulatory institutions of the filioparentales relations of the Civil Code, namely, parental authority and parental authority. Evidence the evolutionary process of interpretation of these figures, to conclude with a call to the necessary interpretation tending to safeguard the rights of infants and the right of everyone to have a family. The central axis of the present investigation consists in carrying out a field work aimed at studying variable cases, brought before the administration of justice, in which the different causes of loss of parental authority contemplated in the civil order are alleged, and This way, we can extract possible conclusions from the main causes that have been affecting the family path in the face of these repeated social circumstances as well as the defense mechanisms to exercise the rights that this legal figure gives rise to. Another important factor is the figures that rest in the family courts in the City of Barranquilla; in the years 2015 and 2016, that will help us to better understand this topic.

This is why the commitment to environmental rights is international in nature, so it is important to investigate and learn about the environmental public policies promoted in the government of IvÃ¡n Duque MÃ¡rquez in his first two years of government, so that the sanctioned laws will be observed. and the administrative management of the government regarding environmental and ecosystem issues, since it is an international obligation to protect this environment to guarantee current and future generations a healthy, dignified and sustainable environment for their existence. The paradigm is to know the equity of environmental law, economic rights, private property and sustainable development, this if they can go hand in hand and if the management of environmental public policies are on the way to the general protection of the environment by the government through implementation of sustainable environmental policies, mitigation against climate change and technical scientific assessment of resources and if they respond to these needs in an efficient, effective and effective way in the face of polluting phenomena and disproportionate economic activities that systematically affect the environment environment and causing systematic and irreparable damage. Once environmental management is known in its first two years, it will be possible to identify the concordance with the third generation of human rights against environmental law and the principle of solidarity since it is not only management of the national government but of each of the entities of control, government entities and the people of the communities in general. In terms of environmental rights, it is a very broad branch and more so in a country like Colombia due to its mega diverse geographical characteristics, as well as the importance of knowing current environmental risks and the way in which they are managed is a tool for the implementation of adequate policies and environmental intervention in an efficient way, where the community in general, the control entities, the municipal and departmental administrations together with the national government and the indigenous and special territories, can work on mega diverse environmental policies aimed at a real sustainable development and where true strategies are proposed for current and future situations with the incorporation of scientific, technical and technological and legal legal tools that contribute to the exercise of protection and adequate environmental administration, as this is a social and human duty, since the commitment is to preserve this environment and guarantee a vine shape To dignify future generations this is the basis of all international treaties by which they seek through the principle of solidarity to generate awareness and commitment to the environment.
