dc.description.abstract | Due to the increase in complaints in cases of child sexual abuse in recent years and the need to safeguard the rights and integrity of minors when reporting any type of abuse, the urge for scientific tools that have an adequate process for collecting, interpreting and evaluating testimonies was created. This is where forensic psychology proposes tools such as interview protocols, questionnaires, a list of validations, among others, in order to perform these assessments in the most objective and correct way possible. In the present investigation, a systematic review was carried through the properties of the RATAC protocol and its stages as a forensic evaluation tool for the collection of testimony in children alleged victims of child sexual abuse. This is a semi-structured protocol that has 5 stages which are: Rapport, Anatomy Identification, Touch Inquiry, Abuse Scenario and Closure. This systematic review of the literature was carried out in the Sciencedirect and Scopus databases, during the period of the last 20 years, in the English and Spanish languages. The present systematic search yielded 19 eligible studies. | spa |
| spa |
