Evaluación e interdisciplinariedad en las áreas básicas para el fortalecimiento de la calidad educativa

Due to the importance of school evaluation within the teaching-learning process, the need arose to see it not only as a tool to implement or measure learning, but also to develop interdisciplinary competencies in basic areas. Hence the purpose of designing a proposal from school management that contributes to the resignification of evaluation and interdisciplinarity as a strategy for improving educational quality in secondary school students. This research studies the variables: evaluation, scientific interdisciplinarity and educational quality. The study is approached from a rationalistic-deductive approach and in correspondence with the epistemological approach, the quantitative and qualitative components are integrated from an integrated (mixed) vision. The units of analysis selected for the field design are: directors, teachers of the basic areas and students of the ninth grade. For the documentary analysis, the Institutional Educational Project (PEI), Institutional System for the Evaluation of students (SIEE) and ISFOPP43 of the Educational Quality of the La Salle Institute of Barranquilla are interpreted. From the perspective of field design, participatory research processes are viewed in the units of analysis belonging to the organizational context of teachers, managers and students, thus achieving in the results, fulfill the objective of the research project from the design of a proposal of curricular management based on evaluation and interdisciplinarity in basic areas that contributes to the strengthening of educational quality. Debido a la importancia de la evaluación escolar dentro del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, surgió la necesidad de verla no solo como herramienta para poner en práctica o medir los aprendizajes, sino también para desarrollar competencias desde la interdisciplinariedad en las áreas básicas. De allí el propósito de diseñar una propuesta desde la gestión escolar que contribuya a la resignificación de la evaluación y la interdisciplinariedad como estrategia para el mejoramiento de la calidad educativa en los estudiantes de secundaria. La presente investigación estudia las variables: evaluación, interdisciplinariedad científica y calidad educativa. El estudio se aborda desde un enfoque racionalista-deductivo y en correspondencia con el enfoque epistemológico, se integran los componentes cuantitativos y cualitativos desde una visión integrada (mixta). Las unidades de análisis seleccionadas para el diseño de campo son: directivos, docentes de las áreas básicas y estudiantes del grado noveno. Para el análisis documental se estudia el Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI), Sistema Institucional de la Evaluación de los estudiantes (SIEE) e ISFOPP43 de la Calidad educativa del Instituto la Salle de Barranquilla. Desde la perspectiva del diseño de campo, se abordan procesos de investigación centrados en las unidades de análisis pertenecientes al contexto organizacional de docentes, directivos y estudiantes, logrando así en los resultados, dar cumplimiento al objetivo del proyecto investigativo desde el diseño de una propuesta de gestión curricular fundamentada en la evaluación e interdisciplinariedad en las áreas básicas que contribuya al fortalecimiento de la calidad educativa.
