Mediación didáctica del arte sensorial interactivo para el desarrollo de competencias en la primera infancia

AbstractThe early childhood educational process is the most important in human development because it establishes the way in which children begin to know their world, centered on their sensory process strengthened through art. The research work seeks to analyze art as a social construct and didactic mediator in the initial education training process, working on the variables and / or categories: interactive sensory art, didactic mediation and skills development. Theoretically, the research is based on the contributions of the constructivism of Piaget and Vygotsky, the socioemotional theory of Mayer and Salovey, the multiple intelligences of Gardner, the situated learning of Cook and Brown, the connectivist theories of Siemens and Giesbercht. The study is based on a deductive rationalist epistemological component, within a multi-method approach, a mixed paradigm that integrates the qualitative with the quantitative within the design, the type of research is descriptive, explanatory, analytical and proactive in scope. On the other hand, a documentary, field and purposeful research design is proposed that correspond to the general objective, which is to design a proposal of a technological didactic nature that, based on art, contributes to the strengthening of the profile of competencies in initial education. under the organizational context of the IED José Antonio Galán, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia. We work with 3 units of analysis: A. Students, who are applied a questionnaire and a semistructured interview script; B. Teachers, with a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview script, and C. guardians, treated with a questionnaire; These units of analysis correspond to degrees of transition and first. Among the main results, it is evident that for teachers and caregivers of initial education it is important to produce learning environments that facilitate the development of communicative, socio-emotional, scientific and creative competences in initial education; They are also reflective of the importance of acquiring ICT skills, to develop their critical thinking and strengthen student training processes. The conclusions highlight the relevance of designing and validating a pedagogical-technological didactic proposal that, based on art, allows to contribute to the strengthening of the profile of competences in initial education.
