Abstract
Because the Department of Guajira has remained in the lower levels of qualification in the quality of public education in her country, taking turn alarming data on coverage and student demand in most of its municipalities where the estimated population of the quotas allocated to cover in each of its institutions, not enough to meet the expectations raised by the Secretary of Education Department. This Secretary has established and maintained its modernization project led by the Ministry of Education
